Negative experience: Beware. Broker listed a home that was NOT sellable. A home purchased by seller from an upset tax sale with no further questions asked costing first time buyers financial loss. Broker / Lewith and Freedom stand by “they didn’t know.” All they had to do was a simple google search which told the story. Bank liens, heir entitlement, etc. They hold absolutely no accountability when they are supposed to be the professionals. Highly recommend not doing business with this company or broker.

Negative experience: I contacted Antonio to view a home he had listed. I felt he came across as the stereotypical arrogant and rude realtor. He showed up late, did not introduce himself, or even bothered to shake my hand. I made an offer on the house and he replied with an emoji thumbs up without any guidance on when I should hear back. Antonio texted me the next day that the seller accepted another offer. It was definitely not what I had hoped for in a realtor, he was just looking to make a fast buck without doing any work. He does however answer calls promptly.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. We worked with Antonio in selling our home in the summer of 2024. It was a wonderful experience right from the initial home evaluation to the closing sale. We felt very comfortable with his assessment of our (then) home and the listing price proposed by Antonio. He gave valuable advice in order to get it ready to be listed. All along, we could tell that he was truly representing our interests as he steered off some parties who were trying to low-ball us, even though the house had barely been on the market for a week. He only brought the offers from strong and genuinely interested buyers to the table and guided us in making the best decision on the offer to accept. During the contract period again, he offered valuable guidance while his assertive approach helped us avoid potential hassles related to minor issues that came up on the inspection. At the end, he got us a fair price while making it a very smooth experience. We would absolutely work with him again, if the opportunity arises.
