Fantastic experience: Kevin is a great realtor! This is coming from a fellow realtor! My husband and I are both too producing realtors in CT for over 25 years. We met Kevin at one of his listings and instantly made a connection. He has every good quality in a great realtor, patience, knowledge, trustworthy, flexibility, and overall a great demeanor! He found us a great condo after a long search. We will be buying more properties with Kevin and will send our friends and clients his way as we know they will be in good hands!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kevin helped my brother and me sell our mom's condo and let me tell you, he works at the speed of light. Always available by text or email, Kevin was extremely responsive to questions or messages and went MORE than above and beyond in managing our property. He is genuine hard worker who knows the area of Jupiter -- and its buyers -- very well. I had the utmost faith in him that he would get our condo sold, and he did. I would not hesitate a half a second to hire him again if a need arose.

Kevin also helped us sell the property we left behind with our previous purchase. He knew the market, encouraged us, and did not argue with us on listing and direction. We sold in six days right at the price we had wanted. So, Kevin is your man for either buying or selling!!!

Fantastic experience: Kevin is one of the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with either on the buy side or sell side. He gave excellent advice, helped us with an inspector recommendation (which I would normally be wary of from a broker), but in this case it was a team of professionals who pointed out a number of non-obvious issues. They were thorough and detailed. He also helped us by recommending contractors to address problems, and again the contractors were of the highest quality and very reasonable prices. He was a great coach throughout, stayed calm, never pushed or sold in any direction but just acted as a terrific counselor. A great communicator throughout, never pestered us with any thing but always responded quickly to every query. I would recommend him highly. I have bought and sold eight homes, and I think he is the first I have worked with who I believe without a doubt thoroughly earned his fee!
