Negative experience: This company trapped me into signing a dishonest agreement. They will not disclose information properly and will charge an extremely high amount of rent. There is a risk at signing a lease with this company because you will be lied to and persuaded to sign documents with falsified wording. Therefore, making the experience miserable

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend working with Marvin David Effenson - and here’s why. I was relocating to Jupiter and extremely tight on time. I needed to 1) find a very specific type of place and 2) get a lease locked in within a few short days, which is a tall order. Marvin not only got it done, he made my “unique fact pattern” prioritized by my new landlord and the HOA. He was responsive late at night and early in the morning - and he followed up immediately when I missed anything. Marvin is a life saver! Thanks for all that you do. Negative experience: The day my lease started, the unit was still not ready to be occupied. Leisha, the "owner" of Jupiter Lighthouse Realty in NO WAY met my expectations of how a professional business should be run. I am not sure if this business is a hobby or serious but she never apologized for what I experienced. PLEASE believe that you will receive nothing but horrible customer service. If the OWNER behaves this way, then the rest of the business cannot be any different. There are many great real estate firms in the area. PICK ANOTHER ONE IF YOU WANT EVEN AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Negative experience: stay away wont return a call after 2 tries. guess they dont want our business.

Negative experience: My wife and I rented a seasonal condo from may to Oct. The master shower was leaking behind the wall. I notified her and the landlord and property manager (leshia Johnson). Leshia could not be bothered with doing anything about it because her contract read, "they are not responsible for any repairs." I notified both her and the owner Ed Sosin in August. The cheap skate landlord first refused to fix the shower and told me I had a 2nd shower and could use that. I brought this to Leaisha's attention she seemed to care less. I ended up having to get the HOA involved along with neighbors to be heard. The repairs were not started until a month later. I was offered a measly $200 off my rent and let out a month early just to shut me up. As a landlord you are responsible to fix any damages reported in writing. Stay far away from the owner Ed Sosin (Oceanside terrace 6d) and jupiter lighthouse realty. Also the staff at jupiter lighthouse realty needs an attitude adjustment starting with Mary Jane. She was flat out rude. Don't get into a contract with these people.

Fantastic experience: Leshia and Cathleen at Jupiter Lighthouse Realty have been managing our condo rental in Jupiter for over 15 years. In a field filled with characters only interested in a buck these people bring a whole new level of professionalism and most important honesty to the field. They are responsive, they communicate well, and get the job done. If a problem arises Leshia and Cathleen have the resources to fix the problem quickly and make the tenant at a the most reasonable cost to the owner. What more could you want. Great people to deal with.

Negative experience: Had very bad experience with Leshia‘s agent Ivana. She lied to me about immediate occupancy of a rental property . Took all my money in certified checks , and the day before I was to move in , she called and said The roof was leaking and HOA Association requires up to four more weeks for my Application to Be approved . Because of that , I had to make expensive immediate changes and cancel Leasing agreement . It had been three weeks now, and she does not return cleaning exiting fees of $150 . I also lost $350 for HOA application fee That is not refundable . They deliberately lied to get me into rental property.

I have been renting my condo through them for many years and it has always been a smooth and pleasant process. Recently, I decided I wanted to buy another condo. Leshia and her staff have been absolutely GREAT from start to finish. The situation with the property I ended up buying was very complicated and Leshia spent a tremendous amount of time working on the transaction. She was always easily accessible and SO helpful! Her realtor Ivana played a huge part in the whole process, dealing with the difficult seller and agent with determination and finesse. I can't thank them enough for their help. They are incredible people!

Fantastic experience: Leshia handled the recent sale of our townhouse. The unit had been rented and it required a great deal of work including new carpet, paint and some appliances. We live in New York and Leshia helped in lining up the necessary service people. She explained every issue along the way and she was always upbeat. I have no hesitation in recommending her to a buyer or a seller.

Fantastic experience: Bought many condos with the realtor over the years, and had her office manage it for me. Always good service and recently dealt with a water leakage from uninsured owner above. Dealt with renovations and insurance on my behalf. I didn't have to worry about the whole thing. Terrific realtor.

Negative experience: Never ever go to this realtor. Had a very hard time with her. Extremely poor communication. Did not gave proper instructions of dealing with situations. The place that we lived had worst owner on the top of this realtor. Made our life miserable for 3 months. Would not recommend anybody to deal with them.

Negative experience: This realtor is horrible! If you would like a stress free, organized purchase/rental DO NOT USE HER!! She submits documents one day prior to the move-in date/closing and with a lack of respect for anyone's job or time send back to back e-mails and calls companies to pressure others to make up for her last minute actions! I'm going after her license and filing a compliant against her license! She should not be allowed to put people through what she does! She has to be the worst realtor existing in the industry of real estate agents! I RATE HER A NEGATIVE ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I find working with to be disorganized and panicked. Always wanting something at the last minute in a rush with no respect for others time. Never had a showing on the weekend and I find that odd. In the end a loss. Try someone else unless you're desperate.
