I honestly have never dealt with anyone who has worked harder at what they do. Our house sold immediately Karen kept us informed on everything, every step of the way. Every time we called her, she either answered or called right back. If it was a text, same thing. Every document fully explained and all signings were completed expeditiously. Positive experience: My agent I won't put any names because I don't believe in it. I'm sure my agent is a very good and honest salesperson. I posted with the understanding that I would have a say in the pictures and also I say as long as there was communication. There was no communication and there was never a follow-up and never anything about how my property was what's doing. Even at the beginning I understood my property is very hard to sell. What's the problem is they work for me I don't work for them and it's not up to me to follow up on everything.

When the phrase Goes Above And Beyond!!! He has I mean literally underneath a crawl space 1/2 way in the mud and water on our stomachs he was right beside me and has been since then! Negative experience: Our realtor Charity Swain failed to represent fairly. Her client, the seller, was a relative to her and was not disclosed to us. Everything seemed to go well until it was time to close. Things weren't cleaned or fixed. We had unprofessional angry text sent to us threatening to sue us for not closing in this condition. Instead of pointing out the clause in the contact that stated the buyer could take it or walk away if repairs were not completed. I would never recommend her to any future home buyer.
