Negative experience: Beware of this company!!! Stay away. Unsolicited realtor preying on vulnerable people to under sell properties to sell to big investors. Unprofessional. They pretend to work for you but they work for big investors. They listing the properties at low prices and keep them. They do not take offers only from big investors. Do not let them scam you. Stay away. Share all the agents names so your loved ones never encounter with them. They are corrupt.

Negative experience: The realtor for this company allowed the buyers of our property to move in before escrow closed. He gave them the key to our house prior to closing without authorization. Unprofessional behavior. A lot could have gone wrong if they were unable to fund the loan. Stay away from this nightmare.

Negative experience: Saw an advertisement for a property. Fell in love with it. Kept asking for information, no response. Finally when responded, was very rude. Agent by name Ambrocio Sanchez. Really bad way to try and draw business. Attached is a screenshot of his response.

Fantastic experience: This place is a go getter place all about the action and will get you what you want if you pull your weight. My representative brought them to me and have refinanced my 3 homes in the process ..

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!

Negative experience: Recieved unsolicited, unwanted contact from Grace. Never contacted this no-name unknown "realty company". The worst and funny part was how late this "realtor" made contact. The property in question was sold long ago. It just goes to show how unprepared and Inexperienced they are. I wouldn't sale a dog house with these people let alone make a $600,000 deal. Also; when I was contacted I was given personal information about a new residency sold in a certain city. If that had been my new property , I wouldn't want a realtor contacting complete strangers and advertising the full address of the property I just purchased. Wouldn't be surprised if this dumb broad has caused a few break-ins by sending these addresses to unknown people.
