Fantastic experience: Our house selling experience with Bobbie has flown by. I remember when I reached out to her I thought I was reaching out too early. Next thing I knew, we were under contract! It took me a little over a month to go under contract for my last home, so I was not expecting to go under contract in a week this time (even though she told me her average days on market!). Fantastic experience: Bobbie helped my sister and I sell our late grandma's house as part of her estate. The process on top of the grief of losing our grandma was daunting to say the least. Bobbie really stepped in and helped us in so many ways, from offering referrals for staging and house cleaning, to dropping of a lockbox super quickly and always being available! We live in Oklahoma so she did amazing to help us bridge the gap with selling a house out of state. The house was under contract 3 days after our listing went live! Diane also was amazing with helping to wrap up the final process of the house sale. Positive experience: Reading through so many 5 star reviews so I won’t say they aren’t an accurate depiction of someone else’s perspective, I only wish I shared the same experience, esp as a first time homeowner. There are a slew of agents to choose from, so to help me narrow my decision, Bobbie was referred through a family member. After meeting Bobbie, It was apparent she was knowledgeable, presented poised, very professional and was a woman of faith. That won me over. To keep it brief, my experience was less than perfect and it was likely due to differences in communication styles. Bobbie never extended herself to meet me in person and preferred to essentially,’ carry out the process of buying a home via phone or text. That was troubling and I voiced my concern. I often viewed homes alone and the one time I requested her presence/ to meet with me, she sent over a younger gentleman who I had never spoken with nor met, as her representative. All of this was early on. Near the end, it seemed things went further downhill. It became harder to reach her for timely responses. I sometimes wonder if it was a condition of Bobbie not feeling like Id actually not procure the home, and felt her efforts were better suited for someone who may have been “an easier win”. The process of homeownership is by no means easy. It takes grit and determination for both parties and I unfortunately felt like she had given up. Surprisingly, the only time I ever met Bobbie in person was during my blue tape walk with the builder, at closing. Her unexpected appearance there left a bitter taste in my mouth considering all of the hiccups. I will not speak to her intent in suddenly becoming available at the 11th hour but it felt performative atp. All in all, I am in love with my new home, I however got the short end of the stick with the realtor selected. I’m not sure this review will remain as it is not in line with all of the other stellar reviews, however this was my experience.

The process of selling my vacant home, 75227 zip code, from start to finish was IMPECCABLE.
