Fantastic experience: We worked with Mr Doug Smith to find us a property in Madison county. Doug meet us and took us on his sxs to show us several properties but none to our liking. So Doug took the reins and showed us several more properties that he suggested and we found the perfect spot. Doug explained very clearly the conditions of the property and terms and was very truthful and upfront with all the details. Everything Doug stated or promised was true. Doug then moved very quickly with us thru the process and we closed 2 weeks early. We were never charged for Doug's time and fuel that he spent to show us the properties and he made choosing a property very easy and stress free. Aside from being a very professional and organized agent Mr Doug is also a man of high moral character and a pillar of his community who gives back with his time as he is involved in international missions with his church. You will not find another agent more kind honest and professional as Mr Smith.

It wasn't a walk in the park either time, circumstances came up that made it seem like we might have to spend some time looking for temporary housing but Carla made things happen for us! Negative experience: I attempted to place a bid through one of the agents at this facility for an online auction, the individual is not interested because as she stated it was not enough money.
