Fantastic experience: We met with three realtors from separate firms. They were all good at what they do. However, my husband had a special connection with Rita Landolt. As a former colleague, she understood the importance of much of our specific home features. That’s what brought us to Triple Creek. They worked together with us as a team to bring great photos together, with the perfect verbiage for our listing. It sold to the first family to take a look! On the very first day we set for viewing. They also helped us to make sound counter offers to bring us far more than we thought our home would bring! We couldn’t be happier with our realtor choice.

Negative experience: My husband and I were very excited to make the two hour trip to see the listing located at 2252 Madison 238 Fredericktown, MO 63645. From what the listing agent described, the home would’ve been practically perfect. Two hours later, we discover that there is NO garage at all! It’s been closed in to make the additional bedrooms. I’m infuriated that the listing agent purposely described this home to have a three car garage when he knew it was a lie. He cannot be trusted obviously to tell the facts about a listing. I do not appreciate misleading information. He knew exactly what he was doing and that there was no garage. A total Of five hours of my life wasted when the simple truth could’ve saved us from all this trouble. Shame on you Matthew Herbst.
