Team Vivian Swiney

Fantastic experience: My parents and I recently had the pleasure of working with Vivian Swiney as their realtor, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, dedication, and unwavering support during what was undoubtedly a challenging time for our family. From the moment we engaged her services, Vivian proved herself to be nothing short of amazing. Throughout the entire process of selling our family home, Vivian demonstrated an unparalleled attention to detail that left us feeling confident and reassured every step of the way. She meticulously handled every aspect of the sale, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that all bases were covered. What truly set Vivian apart, however, was her remarkable empathy and support during what was an emotionally difficult transition for my parents. Selling a home filled with decades of memories is never easy, but Vivian's compassionate approach and genuine concern for our well-being made the experience far more manageable. She was there to offer guidance, lend an empathetic ear, and provide reassurance whenever we needed it most. Vivian's dedication to her clients goes above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met and that the entire selling process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, combined with her warmth and sincerity, made all the difference during what could have been a daunting ordeal. I wholeheartedly recommend Vivian Swiney to anyone in need of a realtor who is not only highly skilled and detail-oriented but also compassionate and supportive. Working with Vivian was a pleasure, and we are immensely grateful for her outstanding service and unwavering commitment to helping us navigate this significant life transition. Thank you, Vivian, for everything you've done for our family. You truly are a gem in the real estate industry.

Fantastic experience: Vivian is an absolute rock star of a realtor! What can I say that has not been said? Vivian took on selling my grandparents home with the utmost care and diligence. From meeting with grandma and gaining her trust, to bringing in her talented team of experts who made necessary repairs. Vivian helped helped us navigate dealing with the transfer of solar system ownership, and was there to meet with experts when we couldn't be due to living over 200 miles away. A smooth transaction in record time, amazing. Vivian, thank you so much, I cannot recommend you enough!

Fantastic experience: Vivian carefully lead us, my daughters and I, through the experience of selling my home. She was very sensitive to the fact that I’m extremely hard of hearing. She explained the process so that we could understand what was required for each step and listened to what we wanted in the sale. She kept in close touch as the process moved along, making sure we understood. We trusted her throughout and ended up with positive feelings for the experience. I recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Fantastic experience: "This makes the 10th home Vivian has been our family realtor for! Why do we go back? Because of her EXCELLENT work. She walks you through every step, because things change every time you buy and sell a home! If you call her she answers the phone, not a voicemail, no question is a bother big or small. Her staff is as dedicated as she is, even if it Open Houses or completing paperwork. Thank you Vivian for another job well done!!" Deborah Y Flores

Fantastic experience: Hi there! Are you looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent? Well, you came to the right place! Vivian Swiney was a blessing to work with. As a first time homebuyer, its vital that you find someone who is well versed in the Real Estate Market. I speak from experience! My husband and I were working with another agent who lacked experience and we believe this took away the opportunity for us to obtain the house we wanted while working with him. As the market stands, one must act quickly. When I reached out to Vivian, she responded quickly, asked me what we were looking for and within a week of working with her we placed an offer on a home that she suggested and our offer was accepted! Whether your looking into selling your home or buying, I highly recommend you reach out to Vivian Swiney or Team Vivian. Thank you once again Viv, for making it possible for my husband and I to become first time home buyers. We bless you and appreciate you so much.
