Negative experience: An okay management company, but a little dishonest in their services. They definitely overprice their services provided. Was quoted $1,900 for a whole house paint job and this was the service provided! Not to mention they didn't even paint behind the toilet either. My parents ended up coming back and touching up the entire house before it can be rented. This shouldn't have to be the case! What are they paying this management company for? To be a middle man to collect rent and find a tenant only? They also rented out our home at a below market value to quickly find a tenant, and insisted that this was a "fair market value".

Fantastic experience: Alexandria Hernandez as my parents Real Estate Agent was the best choice they made. She walked them thru the whole process and constantly gave them updates so they wouldn't stress out. She did all the work so I didn't have to. Thank you Alex so much you were fantastic!

I have worked with Joshua twice never disappointed unlike the bad experiences and not getting anywhere with other realtors with Joshua's knowledge and experience he gets it done even when you think you can't. Fantastic experience: I just bought my house, I think I would have not been able with the help of Alexandria Hernández and Ernesto. I really love like how Alex was there for me every step and work with my schedule as I was coming from the Bay Area. I have two weeks here in Fresno and she still follows up knowing that I’m new to Fresno, and that talks a lot about an agent that she care about her clients is not just selling a house.

Fantastic experience: Did I go into the housing market at a pretty competitive time? Yes, yes I did unfortunately but when I finally found a home Josh went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. Throughout every step of the way he was there to explain things so I would feel calmer about the situation at hand and not feel overwhelmed. I'm really happy with his help throughout this small journey that took a while but if it wasn't for Josh and everyone else I would probably still be looking for a home.

Fantastic experience: Alexandria was amazing! My wife and I met Alex by chance when we started to look for a house to meet our expanding family’s need. We looked at a few houses and things just didn’t fall into place so eventually we stopped looking. Alex never wavered, when I say that I really mean it. She called me and told me she had a family trip but would take any phone calls at anytime to answer any of our questions, who does that these days? As time went on she told us that the right house would come along, and it did! He provided all the details and explained all the real estate terminology to us. He is very patient and responds quickly to the messages we left him. Fantastic experience: la gente es muy amable !

Negative experience: Dan is a complete and total liar. At every step of the way wether it be about a new roof, or doing repairs that are promised for a contract. To returning calls or paperwork. Literally Every step is super painful because of his gross incompetence. We got verbal acceptance and took 3 days to get in writing. Plus multiple days for every piece of paperwork. To not explaining to his client how things work until she tried to cancel deal at end. I hope no one has misfortune of having to deal with this guy he is bad business and has no place in real estate whatsoever.

Positive experience: They don't have current updates.

Negative experience: We paid 110$ to get our credit checked, they never called us back, we waited a month, called them and they didn't even try to help us find a home, waste of time and money

Positive experience: It's always a hit or miss with them. Sometimes they have good Customer service and other times it's not so good but they do have a good selection of properties available. Sometimes calling them the people who answer do not have the best people skills and are very short with you or make you feel like you are irritating them and sometimes they are very helpful.
