She is by far, the best realtor in the Midwest and it’s not even close. Fantastic experience: We have bought and sold 10 houses over the years. We have used the same number of realtors! Amanda Oakley is by far the star performer! Right from the minute we met her we could see she was going to handle our sale professionally, with competency and still caring about us. Selling a large home during winter months can be challenging but Amanda jumped on it and had well run open houses, protected our property, had a fantastic virtual tour on line and within 6 weeks we had a signed offer! We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was great. We were first time homebuyers and she got us in touch with a mortgage consultant who secured a great program for us. It was a difficult case as the seller wanted more than the appraisal value, but Amanda and the consultant she connected us with were able to negotiate so that the deal didn’t fall through. When we met at the title company to close on the house, Amanda brought us a gift basket full of housewarming gifts and a welcome mat with an S on it for our last name. Thanks in part to her both my babies now have their own room!
