Fantastic experience: TLDR: You can’t go wrong with Real Estate Experts! Reedy Daly is your guy! 5 ⭐️ Real Estate Experts is run by some of the kindest people I’ve met. Before we began our house hunting adventure, we walked through an open house presented by Cassandra just for fun. She was attentive but not pushy and great at answering the questions we had about home buying. We spent near 20-30 minutes there and never felt rushed to leave. After being scorned by our first realtor we reached out to Real Estate Experts through a recommendation from a friend not realizing it was the same company Cassandra worked for and got Taylor on the phone. She took all of our information down, asked all the important questions, and set up a meeting with our preferred realtor. Not only was she professional, but also great with our son who loved borrowing the coloring book she supplied during our visit. Lastly, but certainly not least, Reedy Daly! We likely wouldn’t have bought a house without him. He’s calming, supportive, educated, and never questioned our choices which is something important to us after our first realtor experience. He was even there to help and answer questions after signing when we ran into some troubles leftover from the previous owners. Reedy will always be my go-to realtor recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Reedy and his team took a miserable situation and really paid attention to every single detail and helped me sell my house that was in middle of probate and I made about 20k more then originally was going to with the original company that tried to rip me off. From start to finish with Reedy it was simple and professional. He was always willing to listen or help in any way that he could and will absolutely be my agent when and if I decide to purchase or sale a home again. Fast efficient and professional! Negative experience: They don't like to share there listing. With out side realtors. There agent would not show me the property unless my realtor referred me to them for a very low. Commission. So I had to wait 2 weeks for my realtor to get back from vacation to view property. When the listing agent was 10 min down the street. I was paying cash for the property. I called one of the owners he did not care..same mind frame as his agents. SELLERS & BUYERS BEWARE

Negative experience: These guys won't leave me alone. They've been bugging me for years. Emails, texts, and phone calls. Not only did I tell them I didn't want their help, but my house is already sold and they continue to bother me.

Negative experience: To start off, we used nikki from real estate experts to purchase our home and were very pleased with the experience. When it came time to sell we figured we would go back with the same company, things started out good the house was listed but that's where it went down hill. I don't think our house or us as sellers were shown the proper attention, we were told that the house would be cleaned before any showings were conducted and found out that it wasn't so we had to pay a separate company to come in a clean it i spoke with the office and they did retake pictures afterwards which was appreciated. Our realtor was not very good with communication sometimes would take days to hear from her, tried to call and speak with office 4 different times and even had our realtor leave a message for them to call us back and never heard from anyone I don't believe in my opinion that the house was advertised very well and I had to ask for an open house. Then we weren't even aware that our listing expired until the realtor said she had a showing and could still sell it. This is an honest review without bashing anyone or the company I just was not impressed with our second dealing with this realtors office. Also found that there was a separate lock box on our house that the reality company has no idea where it came from with extra copies of my house keys in it. Really feel like we were lied to on so many things throughout.

Fantastic experience: Mallorie really helped us out in our first time buying a home, my bank was dragging their feet and she really took it upon herself to fight for us and represent us well. While the bank I chose was a frustration Mallorie made the whole thing much easier by helping relieve the stress of myself not being able to get a hold of my bank she went out of her way to reach the right people and cracked the whip as it were to get them to answer calls and move forward with the purchase. Many would probably be more docile and would take longer and rake up more closing costs fees, but she pushed forward intent on getting the job done and made my wife and me grateful. She was kind, personable, tenacious, and easy to reach, highly recommend her services for anyone interested in real estate related business.

Negative experience: Adrianne Arrington was the buyer's realtor and acted with a lack of professionalism in several ways but the most egregious was giving a key to the buyer and allowing her to move into our house before closing without our permission or even notifying us. This put us in an incredibly awkward position both emotionally and legally. She also completely stopped communicating with our realtor after that and it made closing tremendously difficult. The situation is still not completely resolved.

Fantastic experience: Went to two other real estate agents and neither wanted to list my house for as much as I was asking. Real Estate Experts told me I was not asking enough and had the house sold and closed within 60 days.

Negative experience: ABSOLUETLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not use this company! The entire process was misleading and unethical from start to finish. We inquired about their 'guaranteed home sale program' and were discouraged from pursuing it, with them saying the house purchase price in that program would result in a substantial loss. We were persuaded to instead list the home on the market. Not surprising since the realtor is more interested in making a higher commission. Prior to listing the house on the market we stated we would list it in as-is condition for a price well below appraised value and make NO REPAIRS. When a lowball offer was received the realtor repeatedly failed to communicate this to the buyers, instead complying with THEIR requests for repairs rather than OUR stated expectations to make no repairs. When the buyers list of requested repairs was received, we told the realtor NO REPAIRS and yet he went behind our backs and got contractor bids for all the repairs and used it in negotiating discussions with the buyers. We were forced into making over $5000 of additional repairs, many of which were never even DISCUSSED with us, let alone authorized. He did not in any way provide accurate representation for us, and as a result we lost over $100,000 in this deal. The entire process was unethical and misleading. Do not use this company.
