Negative experience: Unbelievably bad customer service. I haven't seen this level of bad service in a very long time. There are many other real estate services out there. Use them. I asked them to think slightly outside of the box to make something happen and got treated like I was absolutely crazy for suggesting it, and I literally had to ask them to just listen for 30 seconds because they kept talking over me and not letting me finish my sentence.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with TeamGaryMiller many times through the years. Gary has always been great to work with and while we may not always agree on numbers when either selling or buying, his advice is always worth a good consideration. He knows the market better than I ever could!

Fantastic experience: Over 40 years ago, Gary found my first home for me. Gary went beyond just finding my home, he arranged for me to get financing and helped me with warranty matters long after the closing. A year later, Gary found my first rental house for me. For the next 40 years Gary has helped me purchase numerous rental houses and eventually listed several of my rental homes for sale. Each experience has been handled professionally, competently, and with the down-to-earth personality which makes working with Gary and his team nothing by awesome. Having worked with Gary and his team for several decades, they are simply the best real estate team in Pueblo.

Negative experience: Don't recommend going through this company yet alone Laura it's pueblo colorado a very wet state with a history of a major flood yet not having gutters is some how okay in their eyes for a VA home loan maybe if it was California and dry all year sure but yeah your better off finding someone more competent it's not here

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience renting through Remax in Pueblo, Colorado! Whenever I had a maintence concern, submitting a request for help online was easy, and it was handled immediately by polite professionals. I appreciate that the people who came to assist always went above and beyond. They had good communication skills and respected my schedule and prefrences. Special shout out to the Remax Agent I worked with, Kim Schwab, who made the touring and the application process simple. I would most definitely work with this office again in the future and recommend them.

Positive experience: Workers need to be careful of the language they use when they can be over heard by customers! The receptionist was pleasant. Housekeeping might think about dusting the couch that is in the lobby for guests. The person we went to do business with was nice, knowledgeable and really tried to help us get things in order.

Negative experience: I worked with an agent that was nice on day one. once I signed a contract with her, Robyn refused to run our sale the way we wanted to. I went under contract with somebody and the deal fell through because I anted full price and wasn't willing to give the potential buyer $5,000 at the end of the deal. It went under contract with another buyer and it fell through because their bank couldn't make it happen. Went under contract again but my agent was mad at me by this point. She said the house wasn't going to sell, that I'm terrible to work with and that it was all my fault. She is Extremely unprofessional and I wish that I would have used a different agent. I went to her boss who was put in a position where he had to take over the deal. He helped me close on the contract that Robyn (my agent) said wouldn't close. Robyn was still paid the commission at the end of the sale. The disrespect that Robyn showed me and my family was unexcusable, yet she still got rewarded for it. moral of the story crime does pay I guess...

Fantastic experience: Dawn knows Pueblo well and works hard to find you THE perfect home within your budget. We were on a tight timeline and Dawn pushed extra hard to keep us on track. As first time home owners, Dawn was incredibly patient with helping us negotiate all the hurdles you don't know exist until you try to buy a home. She was the difference between us actually making the purchase and it falling through the cracks. Dawn actively turned us away from several bad homes. This is the kind of real estate agent you want. Not somebody greedy for a sale, but somebody who will tell you honestly "this is not a good purchase" due to location, state of the home, price, etc. Dawn is great and knowledgeable, but probably more important, she is honest. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent, and if you get the chance to use her to buy/sell your home, you should jump at it. Thanks Dawn!

Negative experience: If anyone is looking for places to rent DO NOT go through Remax!! They have one of the worst associates to work with, who upon further digging and asking around is problematic for most if not all of those who have had the hardship of working with her. We rented from remax for over 2 years and the landlord in question never made my boyfriend and I feel welcome in the place, she was always so rude on things she wanted her way even until the last day (mind you nothing big or adverse to our lease agreement) where she pretty much bullied us out of the place. We did month to month after our second year of signing a lease and she constantly bothered us on things we needed to do or ‘fix’ on the property (eg. the dogs we were allowed to have on the property all of a sudden became cause for a “Right to Cure” notice and were to be removed from the property because the people moving next door WHO ALSO HAD A DOG, didn’t like our dogs because they barked). We were told we never paid a $500 pet deposit which was never asked for, only mentioned that the owners may possibly require it but for MONTHS we heard nothing on it. My boyfriend and I immediately started looking for places because we were tired of being treated so awful and not being able to live in any kind of peace, we ended up moving out of the place a few days before the end of October (October 27th was our final day there) and once again another issue we had was the landlord failed to contact us in anyway with information on our security deposit. We sent a letter to remax stating we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned or an itemized list of why it won’t be returned to us. Patti, the aforementioned landlord, FINALLY sent a letter to us far past the 60 days that Colorado requires landlords to notify past tenants of their security deposit. In this explanation she was trying to charge us for the entire month of November’s rent (mind you we were completely out of the place as of Oct 27th and it was agreed that this was an acceptable date by both the tenant and landlord, which I should note we offered a 30 day move out notice but the landlord told us that was not necessary and was okay with us leaving ASAP without penalty, meaning November was not of our concern.) She is also adding additional charges that she has NO PROOF of. First we were billed $125 for cleaning, which we were okay with and saw the receipt for. Now however that bill is $677 with no further receipts or proof of cost. This is something that I hope nobody has to deal with!! We always paid on time, even during COVID hardships and loss of incomes, were always available for any walk-throughs without hesitation and this is how we are treated. Not to mention 4 months later we are STILL fighting for our deposit or at least a mutual agreement without the excessive charges that she’s trying to get away with. Totally unfair and unjust company.

Negative experience: Incredibly dishonest. They took $700 out of my deposit for a “full house clean” after I left the home immaculate. The manager and home owner did a walk though with me and commented on how clean the home was and then took my money. They tried claiming the cleaning lady spent 42 hours cleaning the house. A perfectly clean house.

Negative experience: Current tenant who has been calling to make complaints for MONTHS about people parking in my complexes parking spaces over night/all day and using our dumpster. These people live down the street. I was informed during my first complaint they are not allowed to do this by the front desk person. The rental manager Larry Turner will not return my calls. I have pictures of the trash they leave in our lot (which includes prescription pills), their vehicles, videos of them walking from their car the the house they reside in. Sad that as a loyal tenant my complaints are ignored. My kids used to play in the grass area near that lot but since there is constant trash, pills, and glass I dont let them anymore. If I missed my rent I'm sure someone would finally contact me. Very bad experience with Remax.

Positive experience: Had submitted an application for renting a small house. Rather an unorganized process... The property manager never returned calls in a timely manner and the app was 60 bucks just to throw your name in the hat. Only to be told that we didn't make the cut several weeks after the fact.
