Fantastic experience: John White, and his group, sold our house in Palm Springs last year (2021). My wife and I were far away in our summer home when the decision was made to sell. We asked John to handle the sale in our absence. I must say we were a bit apprehensive since we couldn't be available during the bidding process. John handled it with such professionalism that it made the event a sweet success. John handled the bidding from start to finish., giving us sound advice on what he felt the house was worth, and the market would pay, and where to begin the process in fixing that price.
