We have had the privilege of working with Tina on the sale and purchase of 2 of our homes and she has also sold my father-in-law’s home. Fantastic experience: Honestly, I would suggest Tina Clay to anyone— she was wonderful from the beginning to end of the house buying process. I was amazed at her attentiveness and thoroughness, prior to our first meeting she requested more information about what we were looking for and had options and a game plan in mind before we started looking at properties. We almost settled for a house that wouldn’t have been sufficient for our needs and she asked us to go back and look at the other property before we decided— it was genius- because once we took a second look we knew it was the home for us! We cannot imagine calling any other place home... she was wonderful in the negotiation process and kept me in the loop the entire time. Also, she must be superwoman because I don’t think she slept the entire time, she was working and responding to me at 2 AM. She’s fabulous! Fantastic experience: I moved to Somerset from Arizona in August, 2019 and putt all my belongings in storage. I based myself at my sister and her husbands home near Dayton, Ohio and on their houseboat on Lake Cumberland. We found a house I liked and called the number on the sign.
