Negative experience: Epp and his wife are horrible people they will tell something and then not stand up for you they cost me my deposit and acted like it was nothing after 3 extension the was still messing around and I talk to Epp about it and told him that I was disgusted And he said he didn’t blame me and there would be no problem returning my deposit

Fantastic experience: First, I would like to say my real estate agents, Epp and Kathleen Walls deserve 10 stars, but this only allows 5 stars. Their reputation preceded them and I liked EVERYTHING I heard about them. In our first meeting when they came to look at the property and list it, we started out with a prayer. They don’t flaunt their Christianity but they “walk the walk”. No one that I knew was as knowledgeable of small farms in my area. So, it was a no brainer hiring them to handle the sale of my property. They’re extremely knowledgeable, personable, yet very professional—-and they combine that with compassion and caring for their clients. I was going through a divorce and they always were cognizant of my situation which produced many dynamics while bringing the sale of this property to fruition. Fantastic experience: Following the death of my daughter's husband, her property did not receive routine maintenance for several years, then it sat empty for about 1 year. During that year various unwelcome guests - both 2-legged and 4-legged - basically trashed the property. We were introduced to Kathleen Walls shortly after we started restoring the house. Having a limited budget, we asked Kathleen for her professional opinions and recommendations. Her advice was practical, doable and effective. Being off-season with lots and lots of rain, I didn't expect the property to sell until springtime. However, despite the timing and the weather, it was only 90 days from listing to closing.
