Fantastic experience: I was referred to Austin to help me with my first time buying a home from a friend. I was unsure if I was ready at the moment and was kind of just seeing what was out there at first. He made sure to know what I wanted and didn't want in a home from the start. We had originally put in an offer on the first home I looked at, however was not accepted. I am thankful for that as he found me the most perfect condo very shortly that checked off all my boxes, that I have now owned for 3 months. After being rejected and feeling dejected about our prospects in Northern Virginia, we turned our search to Richmond.
