Fantastic experience: Have you ever used a realtor and wondered…”why am I paying them this much?” I definitely have. Then I worked with Julie and Kurt Negaard. They helped me clean out a packed garage, chipped ice chunks from my driveway, and fought for me when folks pulled some shenanigans. They are not just realtors—they are your handyman, ally, and best friend as you go through the stress of buying and selling. I cannot recommend them more highly! Do yourself a favor. Fantastic experience: Julie and Kurt are fantastic agent and we were so happy to work with them. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I knew very little about the process and how things worked. Julie helped us every step of the way with all of our questions. Her knowledge about the various neighborhoods we visited in searching for a house was incredibly helpful, as was her eye for identifying potential issues with the various houses we saw.
