Negative experience: Yvonne contacted me offering a rental and then never followed through after me sending her the requested background check and reference information. The few times she replied to my texts were not timely, if at all. She really left me hanging. I wouldn't trust this company to ever get around to returning any deposit given to them. Such a shame, she seemed so nice the 1 time I talked to her.

Negative experience: Should update your hours so people don’t waste their time coming to use your FedEx services. A sign on the door closed with business hours listed as open on Google.

Fantastic experience: We just closed a home purchase with Robert and everything went great. He was the agent representing the sellers and was easy to work with, fast to respond, represented his clients professionally, and was patient with some of the hiccups that came up. If you're in the Grover Beach area, Robert would be a great real estate agent to hire whether you're buying or selling a house.

Negative experience: I recently purchased a home thru Robert Fisher and unfortunately it ended up being a bad experience. Robert verbally promised me that he would take my slightly used E-bike in trade and give me a $900 credit for the e-bike of my choice that he sells. But after I purchased the home, he reneged on that offer. All of this took place during the home purchase process, and he has refused to honor his promise. Purchasing a home is a very stressful endeavor and to have a realtor that you should be able to trust making promises is misrepresentation and unethical. I cannot recommend his services to anyone because he is not a man of his word.

Negative experience: Always closed. I needed the FedEx service and came back multiple times to find closed signs on the door. Hours of service not on the website. No alternate sites indicated. Extremely poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Robert was easy to work with and walked us through the buying process. He was there for whatever needs came up and made the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend using Robert if you are looking to buy/sell in the central coast area.

Negative experience: Our experience renting through Yvonne was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The apartment itself came with multiple issues that made living there far more difficult than it should have been, and communication throughout the tenancy was consistently frustrating. After she introduced financial stressors that contradicted our prior written agreements, we no longer had a good-faith relationship and requested a mutual lease-release. She initially responded with an eviction filing; however, after legal review, it was determined that we were in the right. The matter was settled with Yvonne providing a financial incentive for us to vacate the property. Unfortunately, the move-out process was even worse. What should have been a routine security deposit return turned into nearly two months of delays, shifting explanations, and repeated follow-ups just to get clear information. Handling a tenant’s deposit is a basic responsibility, and the level of disorganization and lack of transparency we experienced was surprising and exhausting. We’re relieved the matter is finally resolved, but the overall experience left a very poor impression. Future tenants should go in with their eyes open.

Fantastic experience: Selling a parents' home is never easy, but Robert Fisher made the process incredibly smooth. He was the realtor my dad specifically requested we use, and now I see why. He wasn't just "doing a job"-- he was personally invested in making sure we got the best outcome possible. He was always available to answer questions and kept me informed at every turn.
