Fantastic experience: Selling a house is a complicated process, and having someone who really knows the market and can navigate the procedures makes a huge difference. Negative experience: I just recieved a cold call from this company from a person named Ben. He asked me if I would like to take a look at a property in SLO. I stated to him that I do not invest in that area. he asked me where I invest and I told him where(3 hr away from the SLO area). I instructed him on our strict buying criteria and he complimented our company on our strategic purchasing requirements. He then sends us this "deal". Wow what a non deal it is. 1st their CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) uses properties that area a 25min drive time away from the subject property. The subject property in their "opinion" is valued(after repairs) $150k over the market in the area(we use a 5 mile raduis) for this type of property. They used the whole city. Real estate is 100% location based. People buy properties based on the location and what ammenties are in the area. I dont know what they thought they would sell my company but I told Ben on the phone I didnt want our time wasted as we get bad deals across our desk all the time. Just another realtor selling bad deals to investors. Learn to be honest not only with your retail clients but with your investor clients. An educated investor will figure your bad deals out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time for me being on the sellers side. And my experience may be kind of unique. But I did not want to sell my house whatsoever. And unfortunately Hannah got put into a very uncomfortable position between me and my husband. Throughout this process I felt like Hannah always had my back. She empathized when I would let her know my heartbreak of letting my home go. It hasn't been easy. Hannah and her team acted with grace and kindness with me and was always offering help. I recommend Hannah highly. I don't think I could've gone through this trying time with anyone else.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. Invest SLO has managed to hire Hannah and CJ who dont understand pop culture. As people who are supposed to have their pulse on what's relevant.....it sure does not show. Maybe try staying in your lane and stick to real estate when you maintain public profiles. I will never use this business for my real estate needs due to their actions.

It was a rental that was occupied, and it was a 1031 exchange. Abel and his team took care of everything. The house sold quickly, for top dollar. Negative experience: *disclaimer* this is not about Jordan Jackson's specific business, but since he did advertise openly that he was a real estate agent to us, I thought others interested in knowing his general character should have this info. It's a small town, connetions and respect matter. Jordan reached out to us to look at our home for personal rent. All of that was very respectful. However, said he would be present for a walk through at a certain time and place...no showed with no prior notice, and didn't respond when asked if he was coming after being over 30 min late. Perhaps he forgot, perhaps an emergency, I'd like to give hime the benefit of the doubt, but felt it poor form for a "professional" whose baseline task is communication and arriving when he says he will. Would not be enthusiastic to work with him if this is how he managed his client interactions.
