Negative experience: Our experience purchasing a home with Brian was, unfortunately, disappointing from start to finish. While things weren’t terrible in the beginning, they quickly became frustrating as the process went on. During every home walkthrough, Brian was extremely overbearing, making it difficult to take our time and experience the homes for ourselves. At the same time, he rarely had answers to even the most basic questions about the properties we were viewing, leaving us to do much of the research on our own. Once we found the home we truly fell in love with, communication became one of the biggest issues. Brian was only available when it fit his schedule, answered very few of our questions, and often ignored the rest. whether we were first-time homebuyers or not, we expected our realtor to be accessible and help guide us through such a significant purchase. The closing process was especially frustrating. There were multiple instances where it was obvious important details had been overlooked. Brian even confused the lender with the seller, despite them having communicated throughout the transaction. He also failed to pass along information from the seller that was important for us to know, creating unnecessary confusion and stress. Buying a home is one of the biggest milestones in a person’s life, whether it’s your first home or your fifth. We expected our realtor to be organized, communicative, and invested in helping make the experience as smooth and exciting as possible. Instead, we often felt like our purchase was just another transaction and not something Brian truly cared about. While we are grateful to have found a home we love, we cannot say the same about the service we received. We hope this feedback encourages more attention to communication, preparation, and client care for future buyers.

Fantastic experience: He was GREAT. Very familiar with the VA Loan process, had relations with local Title/Mortgage/etc. - gave straight up answers. Answered our questions quickly. When we requested to see specific houses, he had us looking at them same day. He even obtained utility bills from previous owners for us (by our request) to estimate costs…I’d use him again.

Fantastic experience: Brian was an excellent resource to us in locating and purchasing our home. After assessing our needs and considering the best strategy for finding a property that would allow my elderly mother to live comfortably, he worked with us to finalize the sale. What made our purchase tricky, however, was that the seller and the seller's agent didn't act in good faith to close the deal on time. Brian was quick to act, documents all his work in the event of a legal need, and is personable and warm (even when we were demanding as his clients- and, given that we were purchasing the home on behalf of my mom and not for ourselves, we had a lot of cajoling and expectations to manage). Brian was patient, a good thought partner, but most importantly a good advocate on our behalf to ensure that, even with significant and costly delays, the deal closed only 10 days late.
