Negative experience: I'm not going to lie. Everyone I met up there was very nice. Except Fran. I tried to get an apartment knowing that there was more then 5 apartments open. I call with everything I need to schedule an appointment to get application. She claimed I didn't have everything once I explained each item she told me to get then she stated "well we have no place for you here. But you can keep calling if you like" I was told to file discrimination charges on her for saying that but to be honest I'm 20 and I know nothing about that plus I know court would just place it on the back burner. But everyone else was nice an helpful but her.

Negative experience: Fran was rude and rushed through everything and told me to keep my money because I wouldn't be approved. I'd recommend ANYONE else but this company or her.

Negative experience: Bucky broad lives off .low income mother. Sales to them . Here's my experience.My husband killed his self. The lady that sneers the phone came ovwer the day after and ask me when I was moving l told her I wasn,t mooving. She came the next day ask me if I wanted boxes. Everytime she came over she walked in my house like she lived there. They did this. Everyday I even dented the police up there to make them stop .I was I. Was so heart broken. They contended to be there everyday. I put over a hundred thousand dollars in the house I had already paid 53,000 on the 60,000 dollar house. This is a crime or it should be they 3.They would not leave me alone .I finnaly had a neave break down they sold. My house, Theresa Wadsworth Don't do bussiness with these people they should be in jail !!!! Where is the law here. In Irvington,ky they must own that to. Irvington take back your community stand up make him pay back the money he solded..He has taken from 100s and 100s of people when will it stop...
