She was quite literally the calm in our storm. She was attentive and always on top of things. Diana was also never pushy, but rather was the friend who would tell it to you straight. She would even help find potential issues or flaws in a property to either offer cautions or ease doubts, depending. She is passionate and kind and above all else one of the most patient people we have ever met, period. Yet, Diana knows how to get things and other people moving quickly when the time comes. She was always great at communicating. She was quick, honest, and thoughtful in all her responses. We never felt embarrassed or shamed in asking any questions or making any requests. Diana did all she could to accommodate our needs and find us the right place to call home. With this current market and all our own personal obstacles and requirements, by the end of our journey it felt as though finding our house had become Diana's own heartfelt mission, just as invested and excited for the final outcome. We felt seen, heard and knew we could rely on her. We couldn't recommend Diana enough and already have to others looking for their next home. We will see you at the Housewarming party, Diana! :) Endless Thanks!
