He came for a walkthrough and told us everything we would need in order to have a smooth process and he was right. We put our house on the market through Vince and never made it to the open house. Fantastic experience: My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and since we live in a Philadelphia row house we have two sets of steps and we thought moving to a ranch style house with no steps would be a good idea. Fantastic experience: Vince helped me close a house in 45 days, +/-. We met through a referred realtor of VU, and spoke for the first time on the week of October 20th.
