Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Erica and John! A family member recommended that I reach out to John for help looking for a house in a relatively short time frame with a strict budget. John immediately called to discuss my options, and then put me in touch with Erica to start our house search. Erica was absolutely lovely! She was extremely communicative, thoroughly walked us through every step of the process, and it felt like she was just as invested in finding the perfect house for us that we were. We ended up loving the first house we saw, and her advice and guide through the offer process is truly the reason our offer was accepted. There were some improvements needed after an inspection, and they recommended highly qualified Contractors for the work. The website presentation of the House was impressive, including a photographic walk through presentation that we believe offered an important “preview” for prospective buyers and other Realtors. As a result, a majority of prospective buyers had an interest in house and considered making an offer. Negotiations with buyers making offers can be stressful. Erica and John did a great job resolving any issues that can complicate the selling process.

Living in NY and managing an estate, I turned to my sister, a top sales agent on Long Island, to identify an agent in PA to handle the sale of a large property. She selected three agents from a large pool for me to interview. John and Erica were so professional, prepared, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable the choice was easy! I hired them on the spot!
