Fantastic experience: Nik gets the job done! I had an awful experience with another agent who had 30+ years in the business and could not get my condo sold. After having it listed with her for 6 months, the winter was here and I gave up hope of selling the condo till the following spring/summer. Nik listed my condo in the cold winter month of January and in less then a month, I had 2 offers competing to purchase the condo and the condo ended up selling substantially over asking price.
