Fantastic experience: I just completed my second multifamily deal with Todor as my agent. The reason I chose to use him again is because of his insight into the markets, profitability and openness. Not only is he very accessible and knowledgeable during the buying process, but in the 3 years since my first purchase, he has continued to be available to answer questions, connect me with resources and provide suggestions. I am sure this helps to grow his business and clientele, but it is very clear to me that he does this because he loves the business and the opportunity to see his clients be successful! This second purchase started with me sending him a text that I am ready to find my next property and outlining what I liked and didnt like about my first property. Within three weeks we found the right property and 2 hours after an open house we had it under agreement. Getting to the closing definitely had some bumps along the way but it was expertly navigated - there came a couple decision points to continue or walk away and in each case I was well informed of options, potential upside and downside and most importantly - I was confident that he would support my decision. Upon closing, we did a walk through each unit and he offered suggestions and some of his best practices for improvements to each unit, marketing and maximizing value. Thank you Todor! Fantastic experience: We worked with Sabrina Sanchez on our latest deal for a 3 unit investment property in Worcester, MA. She helped us with the due diligence and negotiation phase. As a first time homebuyer, they were both very helpful in guiding me through the entire buying process. I would recommend either of them especially if you are looking to purchase a multi-family or investment property. In a strong seller's market, they were very patient and made sure I was waiting to find the right deal. They were very responsive, attended countless open houses with me and ultimately helped me negotiate a deal under asking price in central MA. They helped point out problems I may have missed. Sabrina has her own investment properties and helped me identify improvements with good ROI. Candor has a wide network in New England. I would recommend attending the meet-ups they host in various locations.

Josh was responsive and quick to answer my calls. As a fellow veteran and investor himself, Josh was able to answer all of my question and present me with multiple options to every situation. Negative experience: marketing via Spam txt messages isn't cool. I never opted-in. Stick to more traditional methods of marketing and you'll get a higher rating. They have sent me 2 TXT messages over the past 4 months, surprisingly they sent another after this review. AVOID THEM

Negative experience: They do not hire electricians or plumbers to work on units they send unlicensed “handymen” resulting in hazardous conditions that failed city inspection. No one in my apartment building has a working fridge. All our electricity runs together so if one unit goes they all do. Our electricity goes out for 18 hours and no one cares if we die of heat stroke or that our fridge went out three times causing all the food to go bad. They are rude and incompetent.

She gave us great advice, was very knowledgeable of the current real estate market, and made our transactions as stress free as possible. She was very responsive to our emails, phone calls, and texts and definitely always worked in our best interest. We highly recommend Sandra!!!

Fantastic experience: i worked with devin on acquiring my first short term rental investment property in nh (2.5h north of me) and it was totally seamless. although i know i was one of many, i really felt like i was one of very few clients of hers; that’s how communicative she is. she always got back to me within a few hours. she also provided really valuable insight on every property i was considering, kept MY ultimate goals in mind, was easy to work with from afar, etc. i had 2 offers accepted within just a few months of making them (if that). all around amazing experience with devin. :)
