Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the experience of working with Isabella Keenan when purchasing our new home. Isabella is a person that listens, cares, and goes well above to find the right home for you. We spent a whole day together looking at homes, and she told me that she saved the last one because she just knew it was the one (which it was). Fantastic experience: Justin and the entire team were absolutely amazing. We didn't live in the area, and it took us about a year to finally find a property that fit our needs. Justin and his colleagues visited potential properties sending us videos and pictures presenting features of the properties that couldn't be seen in the listing. Once we found a really good target property, they visited and gave us honest feedback on the home, including really good feedback on the quality of the construction and finishes. Fantastic experience: What can I say about Stay Rector other than phenomenal. Wow, I was going thru a divorce and decided to start looking for a new home. I wanted someone who knew the area and was willing to work with me instead of against me or someone just trying to make that next deal. I reached out to Mrs Stacy and was immediately answering the phone with her on the other end. She is so joyful, and uplifting. Cheerful all the time. She ask what I was looking for and what area. Fantastic experience: We had the luck of getting contacted by Julia Tredway when shopping on Zillow. OMG-Perfect fit! Between her and colleague Isiah Gibert, we found the "Honey House" the first weekend of shopping. We traveled in from out of state so time was precious. Negative experience: This was a disorganized mess. Twice We had times for a phone call I made myself available at those times and they had issues both times. The first time they were late the second time they had bad cell service. And now the property that I was looking at is pending so thanks to them I lost the property. I would definitely go with a different agency.

Fantastic experience: We are thrilled with our new home in Chickasaw Point in Oconee County South Carolina! We just moved in thanks to our real estate agent Michele Shkor. We originally met Michele in August when she showed us a home. Since that first home, Michele was patient with us, listened to what my husband and I were looking for in our retirement home and she showed us multiple homes on multiple lakes in multiple areas of South Carolina! When we weren’t available to make the drive from Georgia to South Carolina, she would go to the home to give us a video tour. Michele checked with colleagues to inquire for new homes about to list before they hit the marklet, which was how we found the home we purchased. Michele answered numerous questions and replied to a huge number of texts over the course of eight months. She was very thorough throughout the entire process. She gave us tips on how to sell our home. Michele checked on dock permits. When we put offers on homes, she walked us through the paperwork. Once we had a successful contract, she scheduled the inspections, attended the inspections, scheduled roof specialist to inspect the roof, etc. All of this to give us peace of mind that we were getting the right house! Now that we’ve found our new home, Michele has offered hiking trail recommendations, restaurant recommendations, construction vendor recommendations, and also reminded us to contact the core of engineers, and to check our dock after a super windy day! All along the multiple month process she was so patient with us. After six months of looking at numerous homes I told her thank you for not firing us and she responded. “I want you to be happy with your home. This is a big decision and a lot of money and there is no rush. We will look at many as many houses as it takes to find what you and your husband are looking for.” I highly recommend Michele; she will work tirelessly to find you the home of your dreams! We are thrilled to be in Chickasaw Point and we owe it all to Michelle Shkor!
