Chris took us through quite a few properties and 2 contracts om existing homes that didn't work out for various reasons before we finally settled on property to build a new home. After we went under contract on the property, it took 4 months or so until we could actually close. It was quite the process, and Chris was incredibly patient. He took the time to communicate well between us and the seller as two extensions had to be filed for reasons beyond anyone's control. He was understanding with our myriad of questions and was calm throughout many hiccups.
