The Real Estate Firm

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Jay and Mandy at The Real Estate Firm on a recent transaction, and they were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, organized, and easy to collaborate with throughout the process. Their professionalism and teamwork helped everything stay on track from start to finish. I would gladly work with them again.

Fantastic experience: Victoria Settle helped us look at homes even though we were not buying. However, we fell in love with a home and ended up buying right then & there! Her communication is excellent, her guidance helpful and her professionalism is great. Loved working with her!!!

Fantastic experience: Working with Tory was an absolute pleasure! As the transaction coordinator on the other side of the transaction, I had the opportunity to experience her professionalism firsthand. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent, and she helped ensure everything stayed on track from contract to closing. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate professional.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had Deneene Guerry help us twice now with buying/selling. She's an amazing agent! Not only is she professional, communicative and friendly, she gets the job done. Whenever anyone asks for an agent recommendation, we always say she's the one. Thank you so much Deneene!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Company!!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to The Real Estate Firm and spoke to Chris Bennett. After considering several local realtors, I decided to go with Chris and I am very glad I did! With his knowledge of the area and after much research and viewing the property he recommended a current 'market price' he felt would be a fair listing price. I didn't agree, at first. After careful consideration and knowing personally that I did not want to face a tough market with my initial listing price too high, I agreed with his suggestion. An offer above asking price was received within 48hrs of listing! Although the buyers and I did not wish to close for several weeks, Chris ensured every detail necessary was taken care of. He communicated with the buyer's agent regularly and effectively. He communicated with me regularly and I knew if I needed to reach him, he would make himself available. Chris is an honest, reliable, straight-forward agent who positively has his clients best interests at heart. If you plan to Buy or Sell, I highly recommend Chris Bennett of The Real Estate Firm.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to the Real Estate Firm to help me sell my house. Chris Bennett was extremely helpful, very motivated and went above and beyond with getting my house sold starting on day 1. Chris stayed in contact with me and kept me well informed through the whole process from the day it was listed, with each of the showings, putting it under contract and down to closing day. Consider giving him a call if you are in the market to buy or sell a home.

Fantastic experience: my wife and I found Jay through family, and was vary Fortunate to have had him as our realtor! He took any preference in location and house type and did his very best to make sure we had options to work with and was very transparent with how well each place would work for us or not. Several houses that seemed perfect from our untrained eye turned out to not work with our budget and he always kept that real. On the house we did end up closing on it took a long time due to out of state bank issues and he still kept on top of it and accommodated any questions and kept us up to date on how everything was going amongst a difficult seller. Huge thank you to The Law Firm Team, you’ve helped my family get our very first home and made it possible.

Fantastic experience: When we first started thinking about moving out of the country into a neighborhood, there was no doubt that we would call Wendi and Billy Conyers. They immediately gave us direction on how to prepare our home to sell. We were under contract in 2 days. Wendi and Billy helped us navigate the timing of closing on one house in the morning and the new one in the afternoon seamlessly. This is the 6th property I have ever purchased and it was by far the easiest. Thank you so much Wendi and Billy. We consider you a part of our family.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Wendy and Billy Conyers to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. They worked tirelessly to get our home sold and with the purchase of our new home. Their dynamic marketing strategy led to 17 showings in 2 days and had our home under contact on the second day after it was listed. They treat their clients like family and will go above and beyond for them.

Fantastic experience: Deneene Guerry was my agent for both selling and purchasing a new home. I was very pleased and extremely happy with my experience. Deneene was extremely helpful with every step of each process. She went above and beyond answering any and every question I had calming my fears. If there was an issue, she handled it with grace and kindness. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Fantastic experience: Chrissy Howard is the most efficient & professional realtor I have had pleasure crossing paths with. There was no question ask that she made me feel uncomfortable asking. With her personal touch to top it off she deserves more than five stars.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Billy and Wendi Conyers was excellent. They were both so professional but also friendly and laid back and also very accessible. Anytime of the day or night, if we had questions, they were available. Always there with a friendly answer. They made this a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: It was great work done by Mr William B conyers he done quick job for us getting property . Thank to Mr William

Fantastic experience: Billy and Wendi Conyers are a great power team! They pay attention to details and also go the extra mile to help you with those details. They work hard and make sure you are getting the best value for your home. They are passionate about what they do and are the top rated in Charleston area. My home was sold within 22 days of putting it on the market for more than the asking price. They value their clients and you become family to them. Using them as my realtors was the best investment that I ever made. They will make sure you are getting the best value for your home and they do it efficiently and effortlessly. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my greatest investment.

Fantastic experience: Wendi and Billy Conyers are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never met two people quite like them! Wendi made sure that our home was staged perfectly before we listed it. The first day that it went on the market we had showings booked about every 30 minutes. We were under contract that afternoon! She made sure that it was a very smooth transition. Billy and Wendi also, helped one of our neighbors that was elderly. Her husband was very ill and she needed to transition them to assisted living. Their home needed LOTS of TLC and decluttering. Wendi and Billy didn’t hesitate to step up and do whatever needed to be done. They did things that her own family wouldn’t help with. They made sure that their home was in tip top shape before listing it. Not long after it was listed they were under contract. I will forever be grateful to The Conyers Team! They not only care about helping get your home sold or helping you find a home of your dreams. They truly have a compassion for helping people. I would hands down recommend them for all your real estate needs! You will not only have the most amazing realtors… you will also, have forever friends!

Fantastic experience: Geanna Thompson is a rockstar Realtor! We recently worked together to subdivide a parcel of land in Moncks Corner. The process was tricky, but she navigated everything flawlessly, to include smoothing things out with Berkeley County. Her collaborative mindset made this sale a joy to complete. I can’t wait to work with her again!

Fantastic experience: Geanna Thompson is the best of the best! She helped us sell our home, and the process was easier than I could have ever imagined. She was always available for any questions we had. She even went above and beyond to help us get our home prepped and ready to list! We could not have done it without her, my family will forever be grateful for Geanna!

Fantastic experience: Geanna Thompson is amazing. She had 7 offers on our house in less than 48 hours and then helped us buy the land we wanted. She makes the selling and buying process so easy. If you need a realtor that you can count on to get you what you want, Geanna is the one to call!

Fantastic experience: Jay and Mandy made the selling of my home one of the easiest transactions I have ever done. From start to finish I felt like I was in the hands of friends. They came highly recommend and understand why.

Fantastic experience: Just sold my home through Geanna Thompson. Couldn’t have been happier. She was very professional and fast and was able to answer any questions that I had. If I had any questions outside of her scope of work, she would find out and get an answer back to me quickly. Overall, very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Wendy Brock! Wendy Brock! Wendy Brock! If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. We first used Wendy back in 2017 when I moved to Charleston for a new job opportunity. When I tell you she looked out for our Best interest that's an understatement. She went above and beyond. So much so that we signed with here again when we sold that home to buy another and to eventually sell again. Over all Wendy helped us out 4 times. Not only was she a great realtor each time looking out for our Best interest but she also became a great friend. We are now living in Florida looking for our next home and wishing Wendy was here to help us out. If you want a great experience buying or selling be sure to use this firm and ask for Wendy. We were also lucky enough to meet Jay Law the head broker and he is too an awesome individual. You can't go wrong with The Real Estate Firm.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Janni Gaskins a few years ago to purchase my home, so when we decided to sell, I knew I had to contact her! She was so friendly, patient, supportive, and understanding of all of our requests. She was quick to inform potential buyers of our requirements and also worked to negotiate a great deal for us on the home sale. When we had multiple offers on the first day, she walked us through the pros and cons of each, allowing us to make the best decision for us and our goals. If you need to buy or sell a home, don’t hesitate to reach out to Janni! She’s great and you’ll have the best realtor around!

Fantastic experience: Geanna Thompson is the best. Not only did she help us sell our house she also found us the perfect home. Never tried to push us into settling on a house that we really did not want. She was able to answer all of our questions and then more. She went above and beyond what we expected. I will be recommending her to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Janni Gaskins. This was our first time selling a house (which she helped us find and buy a few years ago!) and she guided us through every step of the process and was incredibly patient with all our questions. We ended up with an offer super fast, within just a few days and Janni kept us updated every step of the way. She also offered great advice for how to respond anytime an issue came up and made sure we were always aware of what was going on with our side of the process and the buyer’s side. In the end, we ended getting more than our asking price and successfully closed! And none of that would have happened without Janni! We really can’t say enough good things about her. I know she had other clients during the time she was working on our house, but she always made us feel like we were the only ones, that’s how much attention she gives to each of her clients. Thank you Janni, for making this process as easy and stress-free as possible!

Fantastic experience: Janni is an amazing realtor! She knew exactly which houses to show me around town based on things I knew I wanted. They reassured us the whole time that they would never push us into a house or make us sell our home without having anywhere to live or anything we weren’t comfortable with. His knowledge of the local market, negotiating skills and personal touch are one of a kind. More importantly, his integrity and character are unquestioned. You will not find a better agent or real estate company in the greater Charleston area.

Fantastic experience: I am a Type A personality married to a contract specialist who lives in the details. Basically- we are a tough crowd. We were fortunate enough to have The Real Estate Firm on our side while purchasing our home on Johns Island. Jay and Mandy were BEYOND amazing! They were prompt, knowledgeable, patient (beyond at times), and walked us through some processes to put our mind at ease. They ALWAYS had our best interest at heart, and we TRUST them! They were accommodating to last minute requests, and had all of the answers to a thousand and 1 questions. They also have a huge list of contractors, cleaners, pest services, etc.. so we were never left to wonder "who should I call?".. Without doubt an amazing team with impeccable service! Fantastic experience: I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars because these agents are truly top notch professionals! Their individual knowledge in real estate is exceptional, but when their knowledge of real estate is combined the "Firm" is outstanding! My personal situation started with a small question, and yet I was treated the same as if I had a million dollar deal. Call them and you will immediately see what I mean...simply the best!
