The Elevate Team - Carolina One Real Estate

Fantastic experience: Theresa and team were very responsive to our many questions and made us feel comfortable as first-time homebuyers.

Fantastic experience: The Elevate team was the best real estate agency we have ever worked with. We have moved many times over many states and they are the BEST: the most knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and accessible. We highly valued their judgment, use of the internet and home presentation, and negotiation advice. We would never use anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Professional the highest degree. Everyone associated with Carolina One were pleasant, customer service oriented and always seeking to make the process easy. I am 1000% satisfied with every single person that was involved in the process and enthusiastically. Rate it at a 5. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Team - Carolina One Real Estate, was a joy to work with. Theresa and Dixie, from the first meeting in my home, gave me the information and support I was seeking, consistently and patiently, stood by and with me, to make what could have been a scary experience into a joyful and satisfactory conclusion. I am so grateful they and their team were totally professional and upbeat. Thank you, Elevate Team!!

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Team was incredible from start to finish. They were always responsive and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made everything feel stress-free. Their knowledge of the market helped us price our home perfectly, and we ended up selling quickly. What stood out most was how they handled challenges, when an issue came up during inspection, they stepped in immediately and made sure everything stayed on track. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Fantastic experience: The team at Carolina One were amazing!! We relocated to SC from WA state and it was a big move! The team at Carolina one - Theresa and Dixie - were absolutely wonderful from the beginning. We made the decision to buy our new home in Summerville, sight-unseen due to the quick timeline of our move. They listened to our wants and needs in a new home and found us a great place right on budget! It was a scary process to commit to buying a home without seeing it or really knowing the location, but I was so comfortable trusting Dixie and Theresa with our interests because I knew they truly cared that we would love our new home. They considered our children, the school they would attend, my husband's work commute, and many other things we didn't even know to think about! We just loved working with them and I hope we stay friends in the time to come.

Fantastic experience: "Terrific-organized-KEEPS you informed-markets the property-no surprises - can’t say enough about her. Want to sell your home call ☎️ her" Mark Dickson

Fantastic experience: MY WIFE AND I HAD OUR HOME CUSTOM BUILT IN 1996. THIS WAS OUR DREAM HOME FULL OF MEMORIES. DUE TO HEALTH REASON WE HAD TO MOVE. WE EXPLAINED TO THERESA HALVERSON OUR SITUATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOUSE EMPTY. SHE CALLED IN HER TEAM, THEY WERE EXCELLENT. STAGED THE HOUSE WITH FURNITURE, DRAPES, ETC. HELD NUMEROUS OPEN HOUSES. KEPT US IN THE LOOP AND UP TO DATE. GREAT TEAM!!!" CW BUTCH AND JAYNE HENEREY

Fantastic experience: The elevate team is aptly named. They presented our house to the public skillfully and professionally, and had a contract in less than 48 hours .Unfortunately, the buyer backed out. The team never missed a beat, securing another buyer in four days. We received our asking price and could not be more pleased with the team’s handling of the marketing and the transaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hard working, pleasant people to market their property.

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Team made selling our house such a smooth and stress-free process! Their market knowledge, attention to detail, and constant communication were outstanding. They went above and beyond to showcase our home and took care of us from the beginning to the end and they delivered amazing results. Highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling! If you are looking for professionals who will walk you through selling your home, this is who you want to use! Would use them again and again!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to buy or sell a home and need one of the most professional, caring, trustworthy, and diligent teams. Look no further than the Carolina One Elevate team. Theresa and her wonderful team walked us through finding our beautiful new home in Santee SC and it was truly the best experience we have had in any of our experiences buying or selling our 9 other homes. Choose this team and you will be blessed.

Fantastic experience: These girls were AMAZING! We recently moved from Oregon, and the Realtor we were working with did not work out. Having worked in the Real Estate business myself, I asked my previous employer and my personal agent in Oregon if they could refer us an agent in Summerville - we didn't get one, but FOUR fantastic Agents! They got right to work finding us a home, and we couldn't have asked for better service. We recommend this team 100%!

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Team helped me find a home that fit my unique needs. Throughout the process they listened to my goals and helped me find an ideal home right when it was hitting the market. Their understanding and proactive approach allowed me to get a fair offer lined up smoothly. Much appreciated and we'll work again when my housing needs change!

Fantastic experience: Theresa Halverson and the Elevate Team of Carolina One Real Estate did a WONDERFUL job selling our home in Cresswind! Everyone on the team was so kind and knowledgeable! Always available if you had questions and all did a great job navigating us through the process! We would highly recommend them to list and sell your home…you will not be sorry!!! Jerry & Sondra Lamberson

Fantastic experience: very excellent services for selling our house, the team worked with us from start to finish, staging, house setup, etc to prep for the sale of the house. very professional and very knowledgeable

Fantastic experience: Theresa and her Team were amazing to work with during the sale of our home. They went above and beyond and worked hard on our behalf. We would highly recommend them and would also hire them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Searching for our new home with Theresa Halverson and the Elevate Team at Carolina One has been an exceptional experience. We were being transferred to the area and needed a thorough overview of home options within a 30 mile drive to Charleston. Not a small task for sure! Theresa and her entire team are the most professional Realtors we have ever worked with. Carefully getting to know us by asking probing questions to help us identify our needs and define a realistic wish list. Next listening to our varied thoughts with unending patience. Always sharing new and exclusive properties with us and suggesting interesting ways of rethinking what properties might be possible for us and how those options might well serve our needs. After searching for several months, logging lots of miles together and seeing countless properties, we found a great home that is exactly right for us now and will be flexible for us into the future. The whole team became our go-to trusted advisors during the search and for virtually every detail of our transaction. Helping with offers, negotiations, inspections and paperwork. Supporting us with the tons of resources required to navigate through the purchase. Being new to the area, we valued the depth of Theresa’s knowledge and connections with services and the service personnel we needed. We leaned on her heavily throughout the purchase phase. The attention to detail and her many client touch points were so appreciated. She is wonderfully upbeat. Her interactions with everyone are handled with dignity and respect. What a treasure. We LOVE our new home and our new friends at Carolina One. We heartily recommend Theresa Halverson and the Elevate Team.

Fantastic experience: The Elevate Team surpassed all of our expectations in the process of selling our home in The Ponds neighborhood. To begin with our square footage was incorrect based on when we purchased our home 3 1/2 years ago. The extra 124 sq ft meant our home was valued at $24,000 more than we thought possible. The team, in an effort to garner attention in our home, held 6 open houses in 5 weeks. We only found out later that our HOA only allowed open houses on the first Saturday of each month. Our home sold as a result of the open houses! The Elevate Team kept us informed of the prospects of each open house and private showings. We signed all closing documents early, as we had already moved back to Indiana. We signed our acceptance offer on Dec 6th and moved Dec 20th, with a closing date of Dec 27th. My compliments to Theresa Halverson and everyone on The Elevate Team for fulfilling their commitment to selling our home at a fair price and looking out for our best interest in the process.

Fantastic experience: We live in California and needed to sell our property in Summerville, South Carolina. We wanted a Real Estate Professional who could take care of preparing our property, listing our property, getting it sold without us having to be present. We needed someone we could absolutely trust 100%. Well, Theresa and her team were just the professionals we were looking for. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. We didn't have to worry about one single thing. In fact, we vacationed in Japan when our house was in escrow and when little glitches came up, Theresa handled them and/or gave us suggestions that were reasonable and based on her experience and expertise. We never felt any unnecessary stress. Her communication methods and frequency were exceptional. Just what we needed living on the west coast. My wife and I highly recommend using Theresa and her team!!!!

Fantastic experience: Theresa was amazing! We cannot say enough about her. She was there for us every step of the way. I will tell everyone I know if they ever need a GREAT REALTOR go to THERESA.

Fantastic experience: Theresa! Theresa! Theresa! Where do I begin? Thank you so much for being such an outstanding agent for my parent's property. From the beginning, you accessed my needs as an out of state seller of an estate property in SC. You were very accessible early into the probate process and throughout. I apologize for crying sometimes about the process...I just didn't want to sell the property but knew I had to and you made the process much easier. Due to the contentious probate issues, you helped me move along with the process with an end result of a fairly quick sale. The process to prep & present the property had it's up and downs. However, your extensive knowledge of the nearby comps, marketing tools and good old-fashioned patience really got the job done. I learned a lot about the probate selling process with us working closely together. Thanks for being the professional and friendl that I needed to help me carry out my Mother's last wishes. Your assistance did not allow the property to sit on the market forever. I would recommend you to others and if I am able to move back to SC you will be on speed dial. Thank you so much Theresa!

By God's grace my property was listed within a short period of time and sold within the 1st day which is particularly unheard of but working with such a wonderful Realtor jelped this process..couldn't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Theresa was an absolute joy and a pleasure to work with. Her expertise and knowledge helped us navigate what can be a very confusing transaction. She listened to our concerns and kept a very proactive approach to the sale of the house. She was always prompt with a response when we had questions. Overall Theresa did a fantastic job and we will be using her to sell our next home very soon.

Fantastic experience: Above excellent. The epitome of customer service.

Fantastic experience: Teresa Halverson provided me and my wife with the most worry free realtor experience ever in our lives. She operated consistently in a professional manner, treated us with respect, and was there every step of the way. She was hands on in solving every issue that came up in the entire process of selling our home. I felt very comfortable as she immediately addressed any issues that arose. She always kept me informed. I did not have to reach out to determine the status of the sale at any time. She was very informative about her career and her experience. She told us why her company, Carolina 1 was the best and why she was proud to work for them. All in all, she is the best and I will use her and her organization in the future

Fantastic experience: I would give more stars if I could. Theresa has been there for every step of the way. I am out of state but just recently sold a rental property in Summerville. The house needed some attention once the renters moved out. Theresa was the single point of contact for everything that I needed to get fixed in the house including landscaping and having the house staged. She was always available for questions and is very knowledgeable on all the documents that have to be signed. She made the process very easy for me. Living out of state made it harder finding the right realtor but I'm fortunate to have found Theresa. She will always be my first choice for any help in the future.

Fantastic experience: "Moving into a new area from out of state is challenging, especially trying to find the right place to live. After meeting Theresa at CarolinaOne, I knew exactly where I wanted to live. She explained renting and buying options also the surrounding areas and what they had to offer. She also took the time to meet with me in person and accompany me to different apt communities until I found one I liked. I moved in a week later and would not have found it without her help. Highly recommended to anyone looking to move or anyone relocating from a different area. " 6/20/2022 - Kris Rahall

Her attention to detail is great and she has many connections that have been very helpful for us! I would highly recommend working with Theresa!
