Fantastic experience: We have used Weichert Realtors Cornerstone for years. They are also very active in the community and promote and volunteer for many activities. We have recommended agent Shelley Vogel to others after she sold our home. For us, She was on top of every detail, explained everything as our process went on and was with us at the closing where everything was done fast and efficient. She sees to every point for both buyers and sellers. She helps those we recommended to dispose of needed items, suggests details to improve appearance and does live video at open houses. Fantastic experience: I clicked on Realtor.com and was lucky enough to have Kristine Pigeon of Weichert, Realtors Cornerstone contact me! We instantly liked Kristine and it only took us 1 day to call her back and ask her to be our realtor. We talked to Kristine and listed our home Luxemburg for sale mid-August. We thought if it didn't sell by the end of October, we would pull it off the market until Spring. We accepted an offer over asking price a week later! Then we had to start searching for a home to buy. We asked Kristine to show us homes in Townsend, Mountain, Lakewood, etc. I think we fell in love with the 9th home we toured. Then, the fun began! There were a lot of things that we didn't have to worry about, because Kristine was our champion! She was always accommodating and very professional! The process of selling our home, depended on our buyers selling their home, and their buyers selling their home...then there was the purchase of our new home and our seller's purchase of her new home! Kristine closed on 5 houses in 1 day! We were very pleased with our entire transaction with Kristine as she made some bumps in the road...tolerable for us! It was a stressful 2 1/2 months, but we would recommend Kristine again and again! Thank you for everything!
