Negative experience: I waited awhile to share this. But we had Cassandra as our realtor. First time home buyers here. The whole thing felt rushed, she wasn’t knowledgeable on our home my husband knew more than her and had to correct her a couple times, the closing process was horrible… no pictures of the sold sign just a let me see what they left and she was gone. No closing gift no congratulations nothing. As a first time home buyer you want someone through the WHOLE process and she was not. Super disappointed!! But no fault of my own. I should’ve looked around instead of just jumping into someone.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE 7.21.2025 - 2nd time using Augie for the sale of a house and we're just as impressed as we were the first time. Highly recommend! The reasons that we chose to work with August over the other agents that we interviewed to list our house: 1.) August does this full time, we used a family friend to buy our new house and that worked out great, but my husband and I both felt that we needed someone who was a full time real estate agent when we listed our house 2.) We were really sold by the way that he's structured his business with supporting employees that are experts in their field, specifically Libby Rhodes having a marketing background and doing such a great job with previous listings that we had looked at. 3.) He was professional and prepared when he met us at our house, took time to look at each room and then took additional time before he decided what he thought the best listing price for our house would be. When we received an offer on the first day that our house was listed, within hours, we were certain that we made the right decision. Augie was working late that night to make sure that we met the timeline of the offer (with appropriate changes to the counter offer to make sure we had a good offer that would close without unnecessary issues). I'm not sure that we would have had the same outcome had we hired a part time agent. Fantastic experience: Libby Rhode had the job of selling our childhood home at the end of the first walk through of the house. She came prepared with a basic market analysis. When we discussed that the house was deeded to a trust, she knew what to do and who to get involved. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and with me living out of state, he didn't waste one second of my time looking at houses I had no interest in. If I couldn't drive up, we would facetime a walk-through. He answered ALL of my questions immediately, and if he didn't have the answer, he diligently did the research and got back to me very, very quickly! He never 'forgot' to get back to me on anything!!
