Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experiences working with Shane Family Realty. Jenn and Corey are quite a team. They have the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the selling and buying process. We moved to the Tri-Cities area a few years ago and toured five houses in one day, picking one. They listened to our needs and showed us houses that were viable options, knowing we had limited time to choose a home. I have difficulty walking right now, and they were very considerate of my limitations and selected houses that were accessible for me. Fast forward to today, our needs in a home have changed, and we chose Shane Family Realty to assist us again. They were so helpful the first time that we did not consider anyone else to represent us this time around. This time seemed a little harder to find what we were looking for, and we must have toured 25 houses before we found our home. Jenn worked tirelessly to find us what we were looking for and also gave us many options we had not previously thought of. At the same time, Corey was hard at work making sure our current home was market-ready to sell and would sell quickly. Throughout all of the different phases of selling and buying at the same time, the Shane Family Realty team of Jenn and Corey stood by us, they did not give up on us, and really were the ones who made it all happen for us. My mom had been looking at houses for the last three years in preparation for this move. A couple of years ago she got a call from Cory Shane that was the day that we would come to find that the dream of moving back to Washington Would become a reality Cory stayed in touch with my mom through the entire two years sending her houses talking to her at different times finding out what progress she had made in her ability to move. Fantastic experience: Corey and Jen provided first class customer service. They both spent many hours showing us numerous properties and were very receptive to our desires and needs. This process took over a year and a half and must have been trying for them, as we had very demanding needs and desires. They stayed with us the entire way and when we finally found what we wanted, they still maintained their high level of service. They worked with my wife and I, the brokers, and the builder, as we progressed through the new home building process from the begining to the very end. Fantastic experience: Jenn and Corey Shane are awesome to work with . Jenn represented us through the purchase of our home at the Village at Southridge. Our home was under construction while we were still living out of town. Jenn went above and beyond, taking progress photos and checking in regularly with the builder and keeping us informed. Our closure went smoothly and on time, even with us out of town and when our arrival was delayed, Jenn stepped in and time and again to help us. To top it all off, when we did finally arrive - it had snowed and Jenn and Corey were out there shoveling our driveway! Above and beyond! She was a great advocate throughout the process.

Negative experience: I hired them to sell my house but handled it like he worked for the buyer. In less than 24 hours reduced the price over 4%. Told me no one was calling to look at it, stll less than 24 hours on the market. He manipulated me into taking the first offer and I was in no hurry to sell. I guess he was in a hurry to get a commission. Allowed the buyer's to bring their dog into my house twice and I have a grandson who is allergic to dogs. Also decided not to put a contingency in the contract and in this market would protect a seller and then lied and told me it's illegal and not done anymore.
