Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Renea. As a first time buyer, the process was completely foreign to me, but Renea helped me the whole way through. She was prompt and very knowledgable. She also was always forthcoming with information she didnt have, but was sure to find it for me. Fantastic experience: The anslysis that was done in determining the best list price for the home was very thorough and explained in detail in a personal meeting using a nicely printed report with color graphs and very detailed information with clear summary arriving at a price that was realistic to sell the house quickly at a fair price. Renae was very good at explaining the plan and sequence of events as well as keeping us up to date on progress. Very happy with the results closing within 3 months from the start of the process. Taking care of all the items within and outside the house realky relieved a lot of stress I had being overwhelmed by the scale of what needed to be done. Not only was the price completely reasonable, but the attention to detail, quality of the items brought into the home and quick turn around, was truly incredible! They went above and beyond and truly got a feel for our house and the proper esthetic it needed to make it come alive again. Fantastic experience: Renae provided above and beyond service in the recent sale of an estate-sale home. The home, well-built and in a nice neighborhood, had been neglected inside and out, and needed deep cleaning. She brought in house cleaners and grounds cleanup, and then staged it – it was a totally different looking house. At the last minute it was found the septic had not been pumped (30 yr old system) and was deteriorated. She dealt with the city and septic company and in less than 2 weeks new plumbing hooked up and to code. The estate’s elderly owner and POA did not have to do any of the septic’s problem solving, permit set-up, or prepping the house, working with the estate attorney, and closing. (Closing was set up and notary signatures were done at the assisted living facility.) We did very little besides a few initial meetings. She was exceptionally patient with the seller and made the ‘crazy’ situation very, very easy. Renae’s experience made a huge difference in regards house maintenance knowledge, her range of contacts, and her senior/estate Specialist Certifications, and the entire process. I would recommend Renae for any property sale – not just estates.
