Fantastic experience: Marco Galvez sold our condo in Copper Mountain Colorado this winter. We live in New Orleans so I needed someone that I could trust to do the job and he did so in spades! He assessed the condo and provided folks to clean and to make necessary repairs.. He did a great job staging the property. When the first offer fell through due to lenders issues, he seamlessly put out feelers and relisted the condo resulting in a quick sell. Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Debbie at Nelson Walley Real Estate enough. We just finished a long, two-year journey selling our condo in Wilderness, and Debbie was incredible every step of the way. Our situation was far from easy. We were dealing with a tough market and significant issues with our condo complex. When we first listed, Debbie found us a buyer quickly, but when that sale fell through due to the complex’s issues, she didn't give up. While some agents might have backed away from such a difficult listing, Debbie stayed completely engaged, communicative, and supportive for two years. She was also a great negotiator. When we finally secured a buyer, she fought hard to ensure we maximized the value of the final deal, which was crucial for us after such a long wait. The most amazing part, however, was her integrity. Because of market conditions, we had to sell well below our purchase price. Without us even asking, Debbie voluntarily reduced her fee to help us out. That kind of character is rare. If you are looking to buy or sell in Summit County, you need Debbie on your team.

Fantastic experience: This review is overdue, but I wanted to post about the incredibly positive experience we had working with Nelson Walley to purchase a condo at Copper Mountain in the winter of 2024/25. Marco was our primary contact, although we did have a chance to talk and work with others at the agency as well. Marco was simply fantastic from beginning to end through the whole process. He responded immediately to all emails and texts, and checked in regularly to see if we had questions or if there was anything else he could do to help. In particular, we were focused on buying in a specific building at Copper and he contacted everyone in his network to help us find a suitable unit to buy. He was able to find a seller for us in only about a week, and then helped make the whole process extremely smooth. As an investor, what you need most is accurate information about rental revenue, costs, potential pitfalls, etc. Debbie has been especially helpful in making the effort to get us information from the horse’s mouth, so to speak, direct from real living owners. The estimates you will see from some real estate organizations are usually too vague to be useful and you never know for sure if the source is biased or not. In addition, Debbie will warn you if a home is not a good choice, even if it might jeopardize a sale for her.
