Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Nicola Hughes, realtor in Deltona. She was NOT honest about the rent, trying to charge more than what was initially agreed upon. Additionally, she attempted to collect money from me earlier than what was stipulated by the property owners. Communication with her was poor, especially regarding when people were coming to do improvement work on the property. Nicola seems to make decisions solely based on her convenience. Nichola is not available at weekends. Overall, her lack of transparency, communication and unprofessional behavior made the entire process very stressful. I would not recommend her services. There is not chance to reply your message, but, this is my reply: Nicola, you know you are not writing what really happened You know we decide to move out and cancel the month to month agreement. Decision was made by us. You know you attempt to no follow the rules and FL law when you tried to show the house and letting me know in less than 24 hrs. You are supposed to let me know 24 hrs in advance. You know you want to charge me $100 dollars more every month on my rent. Thats why we decide ti move out. Nothing related to the owners or FL law , its because you were very unprofessional and your reply demonstrates one more time, that you are not a honest person.

Fantastic experience: I live in the Northeast and my mother passed last year in Deltona. I selected Hughs Home Realty, Pamela Arthur to list my mother's home in Deltona. Ms Arthur was terrific responding to my long distance calls and texts. The home was sold in April, 2022 and for more money than I expected. We did the closing long distance as well and it went smoothly and the proceeds were electronically deposited the same day. Hughs Realty and Pamela Arthur maximized the selling price and minimized the problems. I would recommend them for whatever your real-estate needs are.

She works with you takes the time to understand what you want then goes for it, very professional, very like able, could not have done more. Fantastic experience: Recently purchased our first home. We had done a little reading online, but we knew that much of the info we had was outdated or just third hand information that may or may not be accurate. Pam cleared up misconceptions and guided us through the process, she was always prompt and accurate when responding to questions. Pam quickly demonstrated that she was willing to go out of her way to ensure we found what we were looking for. We were expecting a much longer, more difficult process, but it was smooth & painless. It was a great experience, I would have zero qualms about using Pam again were we in the market for another property in the future, she is an excellent realtor.

They had someone out fixing the house and cleaning up the yard right away! Pam is currently looking to find a forever home for my family. She also had a person to help fix my credit problems. Someone answers each time I call with any questions. They are knowledgeable and care about my family. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent!
