Fantastic experience: Jamie was very professional in her dealings with us. She explained the entire process for pricing, listing, negotiating, and closing the sale on the house. Jamie addressed all of our questions in a very clear and easy to understand manner. We agreed with her recommended listing price based on the research she shared with us regarding the listing prices, time on the market, and recent sales in the area. Jamie kept us informed during the entire process. We followed her recommendations during the negotiation process. After several offers and counter offers, the offer from the first potential buyer was rejected. However, another buyer made an offer soon thereafter, and the property was quickly sold with some negotiation. We are very happy with Jamie's handling of the entire process.

Fantastic experience: We had our house listed with another company for 10 months. Offer after offer fell through due to some roofing concerns. We were frustrated and almost ready to sign a quit claim deed, and walk away. I had Jason‘s number from my previous experience with him and called him up and explained the situation. He said “Not a problem.I can take care of this”. 5 weeks to the day after we signed a listing agreement with him, we walked into the title office and closed. AMAZING the only word I can think of to describe our experience.

Before the house was listed, Kristen assisted me with getting a power of attorney for my aging parents. She provided recent comps to help me set the asking price. After vacating my parents from the property, Kristen was instrumental in assisting with the removal of the goods from the house that were no longer needed by my parents. Remotely, Kristen closely guided me through the offer and closing process. With the sale of the house occuring a couple of states away, Kristen's knowledge and efforts were outstanding and way above what I was expecting for a real estate professional.

Being a newer, very part time agent who splits my time between two states each year, and in 2020 being in a state of transition, Rob understands and adjusts to my odd schedule without complaint or disappointment, showing his natural flexibility. And the supporting admin staffers are beyond awesome...they are the glue that holds it all together, making all of our jobs much easier If you're looking for a new broker, you won't regret choosing Rob and Coldwell Banker Coast...any of the three offices!

Negative experience: So apparently my search for a 2 acre raw parcel is quote on quote “ I can think of any agent that would be willing to take this search on as the time it would take is not worth the money”. Never in 30 years of dealing with real estate has any agent, far less a so called executive at the firm, has ever said that. Even when it came to small cost rentals !!! All these good reviews seem to be from people that work there.
