Negative experience: ***Edited to reply to Jason*** Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Jason as the selling agent of the home we bought. He does not hold his clients accountable to the contract in place. The property was not well maintained during the 30 day period; no mowing was completed, utilities were shut off before closing, and trash was not taken down to the street on trash day leaving us with full bins while we move in and unpack. We had no electricity during our final walkthrough which did not allow us to see the full picture of the house. Thankfully there was a battery backup for the sump pump because there was no power during multiple rainstorms which could have been an issue. When our realtor addressed these issues with Jason, he did not seem to care and let our realtor know that we have now closed and it does not matter. While that may have been the case, there was no common decency to try and take care of anything on Jason’s end. All of these things were a breach of contract as well. Yes you may have been in communication with the different issues, but with no resolution. You had a disconnect where your clients weren’t informed to leave the utilizes on till after closing or they simply chose to breach the contract and have them shut off early. There’s no telling when the utilities were shut off it’s just going off your word that it was 5 days ago. It could have been a week and a half ago. Also as for the mowing the yard, it was not kept up like the contract stated to do so. The yard was up to our knees in places. Just all around not a pleasant purchase whether that’s your lack of communication to your client on what is expected or your clients simply not caring. Either way you need to take some responsibility for your clients not following their contract.

Negative experience: Our experience with Jason was extremely disappointing. Initially, he seemed professional, but very quickly it became clear that he did not care about our needs or schedule. He gave us strict time limits for viewings, was frequently unavailable, and often had excuses for why we couldn’t see certain houses.he didn’t stay with us for our closing day and he said he had to show up for another tour. I don’t recommend it at all

Fantastic experience: Our house went on the market the beginning of January. The following week there was a blizzard. Schools were out for a week. No showings were being scheduled. Fantastic experience: I was under a tight timeline to buy a home while living on the other side of the country. I flew in and in 2 1/2 days, Jason took me to almost 20 homes to view from west Olathe to Southern OP to Leawood. We didn't get the home we wanted after getting outbid on aggressive cash offers and I had to fly home. However, during our short time in Kansas City, Jason demonstrated expert knowledge on inspecting homes for serious issues, displayed amazing interpersonal skills with the seller agents of the houses we viewed and was very responsive to our needs. Because of that, we trusted Jason to view homes on our behalf and we eventually bought a home sight unseen based on the pictures in the listing, a YouTube video that Jason made while he viewed the house, and his expert opinion on the condition of the house.
