Fantastic experience: This was my 4th time working with Fred and 1st time working with Alexa and once again, I was not disappointed. Alexa is following Fred’s ways and to me, it’s the best way. After a brief period with no success trying to sell our house on our own, we trusted Fred and Alexa to take over and put their many years of experience to work. They put their personal touch on everything and the place looked immaculate by the time it hit the market again. We relisted it on a Friday and had several showings on Saturday and Sunday. We loved having the house listed as coming soon to attract as many buys as we could to do all the showings in one weekend. It attracted about 18 showings bringing in multiple offers over our asking price. We took Fred’s advice about pricing our home and I believe that is what attracted the buys. We accepted an offer from that first weekend of showings and didn’t have to show the house again. We were able to close about 30 days after.
