Fantastic experience: When buying a home one needs a realtor who they trust and who knows the complexities of the market. This is especially the case nowadays. As I write this review, Eddie has been a realtor for nearly two decades, and a stellar one at that. I worked with Eddie when buying my previous home in 2016. After the ordeal that he guided us through, I was sure to be a return client. There was an issue (through no fault of his) during the closing, that with Eddie's Knowledge, his vast network of experienced professionals, and reassurance, we were able to traverse confidently. He was there for advice and counsel along the way, as well as following the closing. During my recent home purchase, he continued to provide authoritative and calculated advise. The buying process and market had changed tremendously during ten years. But, I was continually reassured, and ultimately I feel that I purchased the right home and got a very fair deal. It can be so hard to find a realtor that actually works for you and then we found Eddie and he went above and beyond. I love walking homes with him because he has a great knowledge of what to look for beyond the external facade. He pointed things out I had not noticed that could be potential red flags. I could ask him numerous questions about possible renovations and projects and he always had great feedback. He is quick to respond to any inquiries via phone, email or text. He NEVER pressured me and he never made me feel dumb for having a boat load of questions. I had been working with another realtor who just wasn't a good fit so I switched and I'm very happy I did. He was referred to me by my sister, who bought a house in Maumee, and she was really happy with her experience so I called him. He also helped another friend of ours purchase a home, also in Maumee, and I purchased in Sylvania.
