Fantastic experience: Jen and Sean are more of advisors through the process than agents. My wife and I had a 5 star experience. We were under a time crunch which added stress and they both were able to help navigate us through the process--no chance we would have landed our dream home without them! For every one of our walkthroughs, Jen had comps ready to go before we even entered the home so we had an idea of the offer we would have to make. Sean was super attentive to what we wanted to see and was able to get us into the house we landed at the last moment. It was extremely competitive this past March and they both were able to advise us on what we would have to do to field a competitive offer. We only had to extend two before one was accepted. Jen was in constant communication throughout the process and did some convincing on our behalf to get our offer accepted by the sellers! The value they added after the offer was accepted was really what separates them from other agents. They were extremely helpful with recommending a good inspector. Once the inspection came back-- they somehow negotiated with the seller to get us over 10K in repairs which was unheard of with our location at the time. There was one repair that could have been done by a contractor working on another portion of the house. I was going to agree to it-- Jen was adamant that it be done by the person she recommended who specializes in foundation work. Turns out there was a crack in the draining which wouldn't have been caught by the other contractor! I will definitely be recommending Jen and Sean to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Jen and Sean!! (BTW, I had to condense this review due to character limitations- I could go ON and ON about them!!) A long story somewhat short, my husband and I were in a time crunch to find a home this year w extremely unfavorable market conditions. We were also all over the place with what we wanted and I felt like we were hard to "help" because we ended up switching locations multiple times. Jen and I had several conversations where she asked me questions about the future I envisioned for my family and talked me through my range of emotions. We were having weekly calls to check-in and ensure we were on the same page. She did the same thing with my husband. I had an easy time opening up to her and she never made me feel like I was a burden. I personally needed this type of support, so I was extremely thankful we had realtors that were genuinely interested in helping us. Jen kept expressing she wanted us to be happy long-term and never wanted us to be regretful for our purchase. In February and March we saw a handful of homes, all of which Jen and Sean made a priority for us to see. I could tell Jen and Sean weren't trying to sell us something we wouldn't love. The second I didn't feel like the home was right- Jen would look at me in agreement- totally aware it wasn't for us. Late March, we did end up putting an offer on a home that we didn't win- the sellers picked the offer that waived an inspection- something Jen and Sean told us was not in our best interest. Even though we lost out, Jen and Sean did everything they could to help us win the deal and make a competitive offer. They dropped everything to put our offer in in a timely fashion. Ultimately, there was no competing with a waived inspection. Feeling defeated, mostly because inventory had not picked up in April as much as we hoped, and our strict time-crunch, Jen and Sean kept assuring us something would come along. A house we were interested in was listed in our portal on a Monday. My husband and I figured it would go way above asking, so we didn't bother asking them to see it. Jen texted us about the house and reminded us we always had a shot and that we could try it. On Thursday, my husband convinced me we needed to go see this house. We were feeling desperate, and while we did not think we had a chance, we took Jen's advice that we needed to try. We texted Jen and Sean, they said the sellers were not going through with the weekend open house, and they already had two offers from private showings. The sellers were accepting an offer that night. Sean called the listing agent and was able to get us a showing within the hour. They dropped everything to make this happen. Sure enough, we LOVED the house, and the neighborhood. It was everything we wanted. Jen found out from the listing agent what was most important to the sellers. They needed a couple extra weeks of occupancy post-closing. We told Jen we were OK with that, and to our surprise, offer was accepted! It all happened with a few hours. We were amazed!! After our offer was accepted, we truly learned how valuable having Jen and Sean working for us was, especially being first-time homebuyers. We were impressed with Jen and Sean prior to finding this home, but once we were under contract we could really start to appreciate how important a good realtor was. Their efforts were not even close to being over. They were in frequent communication with the listing agent, always giving us necessary updates, and even got the sellers to cover about $10k worth of repairs!! Without their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond for us, we would not have had that much work covered, AND would have had several future headaches to deal with. We cannot imagine how hard this process would have been without good realtors- and we would not be living in our new dream home without them!!!! I highly recommend this power duo to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Fantastic experience: Fate seemed to bring us together with Jen and Sean when another realtor referred us for an initial showing that I had stumbled upon when searching the internet for homes. We were not in a major rush to find something and we were very upfront about those needs - Jen and Sean do a great job when initially meeting with you to find out what it is you are looking for as a buyer. We were all over the map in what we were looking for and open to many options from flips to homes that were already in good shape. Jen and Sean were willing to show us homes and did point out if they noticed something that could be an issue. When we did find something we wanted to put an offer in on, it became very apparent to me that Jen has great connections and relationships with others in the field. Communication with the other realtor went smoothly and Jen did great helping us making decisions on our offer to be competitive in this market. Sean and Jen make a great team. Sean was always willing to meet up with us even on short notice and always helped us out when we were bringing our 2 young children when looking at a home. Fantastic experience: This afternoon, I completed the sale of a property. Jennifer Waddell had been highly recommended to me, and I am so glad we used her as our selling agent. Due to some difficult familial circumstances, I needed a real estate agent who could step in and take over. Jennifer was there every step of the way in more ways than I can list here. The property was listed on a Friday, and by the following Monday, we had accepted an offer. The whole process, from listing to closing, took three weeks. If you are looking to purchase or sell a property, I highly recommend calling Jennifer Waddell for whatever your need may be. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Where to even start…. Well I can start by saying I would absolutely recommend Jennifer and Sean Waddell to help your family find the perfect home! I would like to share that along with many people I check for top rated products, places, restaurants, and when it came to looking for a realtor in the Cincinnati market as it is extremely fast paced right now, I wanted a realtor that had experience and great reviews. Next I saw that Jennifer works as a team with her husband Sean which is something you don’t often find and I figured this would give a great perspective from both viewpoints. I reached out to Jennifer from her website contact information and spoke with her briefly on the phone to schedule some times to look at 2 different properties (we added a third last minute which she was able to accommodate as well) in the hopes of seeing what is on the market as well as to get to meet her and Sean in person. I am so glad we did. During our property visits Jennifer and Sean both pointed out things of possible concern or things to consider which is something I had not seen from a lot of realtors. This made me feel like they were looking out for our best interest. Next came the recommendation for lenders and explaining that due to the hot market that Cincinnati is, often bidding wars, appraisal gaps, inspection contingencies for buyers, and that sellers are typically not taking contingencies on selling your current home, she recommended Elizabeth Collins-Fischer from USA Mortgage. I am very glad she did as Elizabeth was very helpful and not pushy, as well as explained they offered bridge loan options from equity on your current home in order to put down an offer and downpayment on a new home. This made the transition all that much easier for us and we knew we would have a home once ours sold and were not left without one, having to find a quick rental, or stay with relatives. (We met with a previous realtor that recommended another local lender and even though the realtor was nice, she did not point out items of concern on a property and recommended a lender who was very pushy and actually got angry when I credit shopped to find the best rate). Jennifer and Sean were helpful every step of the way in constant contact day or night explaining the entire process and reassured our stresses that can come with buying a home. They are very down to earth people and took the time to care for our families needs, especially our children when they came to a showing and followed up on our current home selling even though we were already contracted with a different selling realtor. I was very antsy waiting for the response from our fist offer being accepted and saw another property that looked great online, but Jennifer recommended to drive by it and see the neighborhood, as well as reached out to this realtor to find out the property was a bit rough on the inside. Once again, also very glad she did because we closed on our dream home yesterday which was our first offer! Closing went off without a hitch, they took the nice photo below after our final walkthrough, were present at closing and even gave us a very nice thank you card and even a gift card for my wife and I to celebrate our milestone. Bottom line, I do not write many reviews, especially not this long, but wanted to take the time to point out that I highly recommend Jennifer and Sean Waddell for your family, my family, and most definitely down the road when we retire or move to Tennessee one day… Jennifer can you get licensed there maybe in the next 12 years or so? In all seriousness give Jennifer and Sean a call, you will not be disappointed they will truly put your family first and that’s what’s needed for one of the biggest milestones in our lives right?

She gave us the name of someone that could make an repair of the home we purchased. Without this contact we could have possibly shied away from the home purchase but everything worked out perfectly.
