Fantastic experience: Lynn Murphy-Dickerscheid is not the best agent in Mason, Ohio. Rather, she is without a doubt the best Realtor in the ENTIRE Cincinnati market. Here is just one experience why: A decade ago my partner and I called her as the listing agent to arrange to view a "needs work" budget home in Dayton, and after closely looking into the details, she was very honest in her explanation why this was not something we needed to take on, as it was an empty burned structure with an open roof that structurally impacted the flooring. Her time-saving information was much appreciated, especially just after having placed a written serious offer on a great 1940's home in Hamilton shown by it's listing agent, who pocketed the offer and sold it out from under us to either himself or a friend. After thanking Lynn for looking out for our best interests, we asked her if she would be willing to show us any other budget homes we might find and be interested in, and she said she would be happy to do so—at any time, place, or price. Within a week, we learned she meant it. We were driving back home after another listing agent's gasping horror story wild goose chase (the house had more mold than an abandoned bait shop), when we passed a unique striking home and the words, "Too bad that's not for sale" were actually uttered from the passenger seat, as it had no "For Sale" sign in the yard. Later that Saturday night, however, it's image somehow popped up in our internet search. We called Lynn immediately, and she was happy to meet us in North College Hill to see it early the very next morning. It had been listed for sale (with glowing inaccurate interior descriptions pulled from a previous listing years earlier) as a foreclosure without even a lockbox key, so she finagled an unhappy associate of the listing agent to meet us there on Sunday morning. Once opened, we inspected the 1929 house, garage, and yard, and were in love with all of the craftsman details and strong bones—despite the fact that it was in a semi-demolished state inside missing an entire lower kitchen, upper bath, and heating system. We told her we were very serious, and she let us know that this Fanny/Freddy listing was coming to the end of the time period where owner occupant buyers were given priority by law. We immediately went to a nearby McDonald's to sit and write up an offer, that we completed within 30 minutes. Before we began, Lynn told us she had 3 secrets to buying a foreclosure with 2 of them being involved in the offer, with the 3rd in the follow-up. We followed her excellent invaluable advice on all 3 strategies, and within a month the home closed for us in the midst of the busiest time of home sales in decades. While we waited at the closing for the listing agent (who never even bothered to show), Lynn got on the phone and even made sure there were no outstanding water, gas, utilities, or other liens or fees against the property that might be an unpleasant doink foisted on us. Days after experiencing her superior knowledge base, we weren't surprised to learn Lynn was repeatedly one of the top producers in the market, which matched her go-anywhere-at-anytime work ethic and genuine care for actively getting people into the homes of their dreams. Our door here will always be open to her for the help she gave us all those years ago, and I can assure anyone in need of world-class real estate expertise, that the above 5 stars earned by Lynn Murphy-Dickerscheid are genuine solid 24 karat gold, and I'd make them all spin if I could.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Lynn regarding a house she had listed, and then worked with her for several days, ultimately locating and purchasing a house in Loveland with her assistance. Coming from out of state and on a tight schedule, she prioritized our search and we saw a number of prospects, including some that were listed that day.
