Fantastic experience: I’ve known Meghan for a while and followed her Facebook success in helping people buy and sell homes, so she was an easy choice to work with when I was ready to start looking for a house after my divorce. I knew the market was tough on buyers and I came to her with a very small search area, very specific price point and high hopes. We looked at every property that fit the criteria and some close outliers. Meghan found time to meet around my work schedule and often within the few day window that sellers were taking bids. Even when Meghan was on vacation she was available and had a back up to help. I was out bid on a few properties by people who bid way over the asking price taking the houses out of my budget. But finally the right house appeared. It was the neighborhood I wanted, the price range I wanted, but a bit of a fixer upper. After 8 months of looking, consulting with friends about the work to be done and deciding this was the one, Meghan made it happen. She was in constant contact with the seller’s agent. She obtained valuable information that helped us win the bid for less money and a little more elbow grease. She again stayed in contact with the attorneys and sellers agent to make sure closing was happening within the agreed upon 30 days. When the sellers were not leaving the property after the closing she worked with the realtor to resolve the issue. Throughout the entire process her attitude was positive and reassuring.
