Fantastic experience: It doesn’t take much to get your realtor license but there’s a HUGE difference between someone with their license and a good realtor. Don’t let just anyone be your realtor, it could cost you thousands. TJ and I have done a few deals together and I have more respect for his profession than I did before I met him. Some realtors just walk you through a home and provide literally nothing else. TJ is knowledgeable, speaks candidly, and has contacts that can literally save deals from falling apart. I’ve used several realtors before I met TJ and I can tell you some are just straight sales people that provide no value. If you actually read this far TJ is a good realtor and I will use him again. You should too!
