Fantastic experience: Mary Llewellyn is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She’s tough, fair and gets results. She won’t back down, and works extremely hard. One thing that impressed me is how she treats her employees. She works as hard for them as she does her clients. She never gives up, she called me every couple of months for over a year before I decided to list our home with her. I’m a retired Salesperson (B to B, not realty). I know how hard a successful salesperson works. I seen few work as hard as Mary, it why she successful and the best.

Fantastic experience: Mary did an exceptional job on our house sale. She was engaged immediately from the first phone call! We were out of state and she guided us as to what we needed to get done. From first contact to final closing was 5 weeks!!! The platform tools that were used to make us aware of showings and feedback were amazing and Priscilla in the office plus Mary were always in touch and answering our many questions! Negative experience: Mary Llewelyn was the listing agent for the home I purchased. We closed and we had to come in and seriously clean the home. I bought at purchase price. There was food left in the refrigerator. Raw fish in the drawers. Oven doesn’t work. Floor, windows, walls. Everything was covered in a grease film and dust. Closing date was moved 3 times back. Please use caution when looking at homes. The filth was unbearable.

Her team included professional photographers and exceptional, always-responsive assistants. They listed on Nov 1st, found us a buyer (at list price) inside of a week, and closed the sale on Dec 19. We got the absolute maximum price for our home and the transaction could not have been faster. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and feel incredibly blessed that we chose Mary. I did not know her, only went off reviews.
