Fantastic experience: We just completed the process to purchase our home 12/23, and could not be happier with the purchase! The house is great and we love it more and more each day we are there. I WOULD 100% recommend this team if you are selling, buying or need some financial help with your mortgage! THEY CARE!!!! Not about money, but about the people behind the numbers! Matt and Sandy were the selling agent on a house we had looked at 1 year prior, which was a foreclosure and need some fixing up. At that time we were not quite ready for major projects. We both felt like Matt was very friendly and had an eye for details which could really help guide us as new home buyers. Although we were not quite ready for that house, a year later when we were more serious about buying our home, we remembered the positive experience with Matt and asked him to be our buying agent. He was eager to help us in our search for our new home, and showed up with a kind and friendly demeanor, which was true, each and every time we saw him. He was always timely and able to coordinate the tour of homes, without any push-back and his flexibility was outstanding. We looked at many homes...in PA and MD over 4 counties and he was always the best guide. You can tell he enjoys his career, and approaches it will positivity. Isn't that what all buyer want...a professional who cares about this big purchase, who is willing to help. We are amateurs and his professional feedback on types of water systems, home ages, property lines, construction standards, and heat options, were irreplaceable. Once we found a home "we could see ourselves living in" we got to meet Sandy. So professional and brilliant behind the keyboard. My husband and I both felt like this team cared about us getting into a home which would be a positive experience for many years to come. At the the last minute when the Lender and Freddie Mac starting being crazy right before closing (Which I understand seems to happen in nearly every closing these days) they were able to keep the deal on track using all their years of experience and contacts. I lived 8 hours away from my new home, and prior to finding this one Matt would help me look at homes via Google Duo or other video calling services so that I wouldn’t have to waste a trip for just one or two houses!
