Fantastic experience: I worked with Nate Billings as my agent when I bought my house. He was fantastic to work with, our first contact was for a completely different home than I bought. When the time came for the tour I apologized and told him I was now interested in a different one. He rolled with it, he helped me put in a bid for the house I wanted two days after meeting, my bid was selected same day and I officially closed on it today less than 30 days! He made the process so easy for me as a first time buyer and answered any questions I had. He’s great at his job and I’d recommend anyone to work with him!

Fantastic experience: Julie smith is my realtor and she has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is kind, honest and so friendly and real. She has helped me tremendously with selling my house and looking to buy another house. Before her I had a different realtor who was so flakey and nothing was getting done. And Julie was in the neighborhood showing a house, and that’s how we crossed paths and I’m so happy that we did. Selling and buying a house as everyone knows is very stressful but she has made it an easy process.

He's very quick to reply, will tell you when he honestly sees a bad deal, and has offered great referrals for every step of the home buying process, which is invaluable for investors. Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to express what a pleasure it was to work with both Shane Kamp and Bobby Hosfelt in selling our family home. From the first meeting, they assured us they would get our house sold. They were so positive and upbeat that it was an easy decision to list with them. We had some obstacles along the way and they were quick with suggestions for solutions each time. We needed to do some repairs and they had leads on contractors who could help and in a unbelievably timely fashion. They really went way above and beyond when we were not able to personally be at the house while some projects were being done and they spent several hours of their own time supervising the projects on our behalf. They were responsive every time we had questions and made themselves available at all hours and days. Shane and Bobby are first class and very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.
