Fantastic experience: Of all the realtors I’ve dealt with, Latoya Lancaster was the best. She gave me tips on how to prepare the house for sale and they were simple, DIY things. She had an Open House on a Sunday and it sold Tuesday, only because Monday was Memorial Day. She also closed in 30 days. Thank you Latoya, for selling the house and making the entire process simple.

Negative experience: Would definitely not recommend doing business with this company or their real estate agents

Negative experience: My dogs started freaking out and discovered it was because a man walking 2 small dogs walked up to my door and let them run around in my yard on a long leash and left a door hanger on my door for Latoya Lancaster. Checked my cameras and saw this man meet with a woman in the road in front of my house who came from a neighbors door. The flyer said "I'm not just a real estate agent, I'm your neighbor". First off, don't let your dogs run around in my yard, secondly you don't live anywhere near this neighborhood. Seems very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Negative experience: My fiance & I have asked John Blasingame to contact us multiple times about a property in Illinois. It's been weeks & not one person from this "agency" has attempted to contact either of us. Just wanted to note the unprofessionalisim & give everyone fair warning that this company has really dropped the ball. MAJOR RED FLAGS when you allegedly want to sell homes but can't return a simple request to people that want to spend their money. Don't say you weren't warned!

Negative experience: This Real estate agency puts in huge orders for Sam’s Club With zero tips. We’re talking multiple cases of water and soda going up multiple flights with zero compensation from this business. This is a Good indication of how they view the working class, I would not trust them to be honest and work in good faith to help with any type of financial decisions or housing needs. Also, there is plenty of reviews stating how horrible this real estate agency is, so it all makes a lot of sense. With a million real estate agencies in Edwardsville avoid this greedy, cheap establishment. Shame on them

Fantastic experience: My entire search for a new home was successful, all thanks to Codie Henkel. Above and beyond doesn't match the amount of hard work, patience and drive that he had demonstrated. I absolutely recommend him for all of your real estate needs

Negative experience: I was a buyer for a home being represented by this agency with Caleb. Caleb was unprofessional during this process and also with our realtor. We decided to terminate our deal, I understand this can be frustrating. We were not happy with recent damage to the home before closing and Caleb made this process very stressful for my family and I.

Fantastic experience: I had to let the office now that I am very grateful for them maintaining a traditional approval process. Most property management companies use a AI computer generated systems to approve your app. I spent 1000$ plus dollars applying and getting denied. I was discouraged and did not even want to inquire about this property. You were my last effort before giving up. This was a seriously stressful time with my family loosing our patriarch and I needed to relocate fast. Noor and Courtney firm and swiftly walked me thru the process with the help of office staff. Courtney was actually under the weather working with me. In the end I was approved and processed within a week.

Negative experience: Shady business under contract to purchase home in November and out of nowhere and inspection report shows up In December stating water and electrical were damage. Report was from October. I would not be able to get a certificate of occupancy. So I canceled my contract. They are keeping my earnest money saying I cancel to late. Had I had access to this report I would have never put an offer in.Slow to respond. I would never do business with them.

Negative experience: This was by far the worst experience we have had. Agent was non-responsive, conducted business on our behalf contrary to our legal contract without our knowledge or agreement and all around poor knowledge of the process. Would not recommend them. Go with any other realtor.

Fantastic experience: Megan was so helpful and patient throughout our home buying process. She was wonderful at pointing out potential issues when walking through houses and was always quick to respond. If we ever need to buy again in this area, we would definitely contact Megan. Thank you for being AWESOME!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. My son set up a meeting for a property they had for rent and was told he was the first person to inquire about it. Set up a meeting that Tuesday. This was on Saturday. First thing...the agent was late. Second thing, the tenants were there. Third thing, was told that they would have to reschedule. I asked the agent if she would make sure he would be first on the list since it was their fault that he didn't get to see it. She expressed that yes he would. Called to schedule another viewing and was told the agent over that property was out of town and would be back today. He called today and scheduled a viewing for Wednesday. Then immediately got a text back! Please see attachment. Do these people not communicate?! If that was possible to do, why wasn't he informed of that through all of the phone conversations?! How come she didn't make sure that no one else had been spoken to about the property? Why come no one expressed to her the issue with my son so they could make it right? Maybe they did and the manager just didn't care. A lot of time was wasted.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I worked with Becky Crow to purchase our forever home this year. We met her at an open house for a listing over the summer, and were instantly impressed with how personable and knowledgeable she was. When we were ready to see more houses, we knew exactly who to contact. Becky guided us through the process of finding our home in a seller’s market and through several offers. In the end, we found and purchased the one for us, and we have Becky to thank! She answered every question we had in a timely manner and maneuvered our concerns with grace. We could not recommend Becky more!

Negative experience: The agents in this office provided poor advisement and contract preparation that opened up myself and the buyer of my home to a large property tax dispute 6 months after our sale, that we were fortunate enough to resolve quickly ourselves. I hired an agent out of this office because they sold a house on my street identical to mine, thinking they would do a good job. I was wrong. Firstly, my agent did not recommend gap coverage when I received an above list price offer on my home. They felt certain it would appraise. I trusted them since, again, they sold a house identical to mine a few months prior. It did not appraise to the offer value and instead it appraised almost $7,500 lower than the offer. Since I was in a significant time crunch to move for my job, I had no choice but to move forward with the sale. Next, the agents and self-selected title agency used an awful method to pro-rate property taxes credited for the buyer. At the time of closing I was not aware of the problem this would cause and assumed their calculations were appropriate. Six months down the road after the title agency emails me to inform me about a dispute and one of the agents at the KW office tells me that they used the only available tax bill for the home from 2020 which did not include the actual home since it was a new construction. This made the property tax of the home appear artificially lower than it should be. Keep in mind these are cookie cutter houses and several on my street had been around for a couple years. This means they should have used a more appropriate one of the neighboring homes tax bills to help properly pro-rate mine. This was not communicated to myself or the buyer at closing, that we may be opened up to a dispute we would have to resolve ourselves in case their was a grievance related to property tax. My agent and the buyers agent work in this same office, so I don’t buy any kind of miscommunication excuses they care to come up with. I am extremely dissatisfied with the advisement and execution of my home sale with this Keller Williams office and agents. I suggest anyone looking for professional advisement and assistance with their home sale look elsewhere, this office will do a poor job and hang you out to dry.

Negative experience: Do NOT use these people for property management! Nothing gets fixed, barely any response for days and voicemail box is full. Not professional at all. My landlord is great, his only mistake was using these people for management.

Negative experience: Do not use Keller Williams Marquee! We were working on a lease/purchase on a house through KW and Three Doors. We were lied to about an occupancy inspection being done, and only found out AFTER paying our earnest payment. We decided to hire an inspector, and the list of issues is so long. We requested our earnest payment be returned and have not heard back. The reason I say not to use KW is because of the lies we were told regarding the property. The agent should have known that the inspection that he told us had been done hadn't actually been performed. The response we received regarding the lack of inspection: "there actually aren't required occupancy inspections required in Edwardsville." If this was the case, why would you tell us that one had been performed? They are banking on people not doing their homework and just taking them at their word.

Fantastic experience: We recently closed on our home after searching and the going for a new built, all with the help and expertise of Christi Johnson. There are so many great things I could say about Christi, but to keep this short I will summarize with the following: Christi is by far the best real estate expert we have come in contact with. She is extremely knowledgeable and she is not afraid to negotiate and hold her ground when necessary. Yes, she could be described as a “bull dog” realtor but that term doesn’t encompass her kind and caring nature. She doesn’t treat you like just another client, but instead like family. From the beginning of the home buying process, she lets you know that you are more than just a number to her and builds up an amazing rapport. We can’t thank Christi enough for helping us through the process of buying our first home. Definitely become a client of hers - you will not regret it!!!
