Andre Hobbs | The Hobbs Valor Group (San Diego VA Loan Expert)

Fantastic experience: Andre worked with us for over a year without hesitation until we found the right home. We felt he had our best interests at heart from day 1. He is knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. His extensive industry contacts made a complicated process as easy as possible. The work he’s doing for our veteran community is incredible! Highly recommend Andre and his team!

Fantastic experience: Andre was always available to answer questions, knowledgeable in the military home buying experience, honest, dependable and accommodating. He is a great resource to help you with the purchase of your home.

Fantastic experience: André understood my situation, and thanks to him, I was able to sell my home smoothly. He never failed to communicate—at any stage of the process—and kept me informed of the status every step of the way. I consider him to be a highly trustworthy real estate professional.

Fantastic experience: My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Andre last month. He was incredibly responsive to our questions at all times of day, seven days per week. As first-time home buyers, we appreciated Andre’s guidance through and beyond escrow. He ensured we received fair credits from the seller that were proportional to the needs of the house and will allow us to make the repairs we want to make on the home. His positivity is infectious. We highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Andre, I cannot beging to express how grateful I am for your excellent service in the Real Estate business. To those who are looking for a seasoned Veteran in this industry I cannot tell you enough of what an ally you would be getting in utilizing Andre Hobbs to take care of your buying and selling needs. I was assisting a friend selling her home and having experience with Andre from 17 years prior in the purchase of my home I knew she would be in good hands. Well that was an understatement. Andre has a great feel for the ever-changing market and he got her the best price she could get. He was on top of every facet from staging, to price changes due to the market trends to getting things finalized at closing. All at the same time assisting in helping my friends son purchase a home. He took a first time buyer, taught him the ins and outs of purchasing a home through a VA loan and made sure he got the most out of his money and got all of his home wish list items to boot. Andre your professionalism, excellent customer service, patience and kindness all through what can be a painstaking process is to be commended. We had questions you had the solutions. Thank you again for everything you did for these great people. I will forever be in your debt. Sincerely, Jose R. Trujillo United States Navy (Retired)

Fantastic experience: As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Andre made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Andre went above and beyond to ensure I understood every part of the home-buying process, patiently answering all my questions and concerns. Incredibly personable and professional. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fantastic experience: My family has purchased several homes through Andre. Once we found him, we never looked back and have turned down other agents. He knows my children since age of 5. Not many people do. That should speak volumes to buyers. Excellence, knowledge, and compassion are not enough to describe his level of service to the client. You wont look back either once you work with him.

Fantastic experience: Andre Hobbs, if you take nothing else from this review, know that he is one of the best realtor’s I know. Andre was my realtor in the past to purchase multiple homes, now I can also say, for selling my home. His work ethic is unmatched. While I had experienced unforeseen difficulties personally with my property and the highs and lows in attempting to sale a home, he was patient, transparent and thorough throughout the entire process! This meant so much to my husband and I, especially during a time period when homes haven’t been selling as quickly on the market, Andre’s decades of experience speak for itself in overcoming such times. Andre’s performance too is unmatched because of his quick yet efficient ability to problem solve and ensure clarity on all matters pertaining to the biggest investments of your life whether you’re buying or selling. I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: I don’t believe I could have had a better experience with a realtor than my experience with Andre. I have just moved to San Diego from Paris, France and don’t have much knowledge of the US market, but Andre made me very comfortable with the decisions I made. He was extremely supportive throughout the whole home purchase process; despite the multiple delays and complications with my loan approval, always there to proactively provide his help in resolving problems. Couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you Andre!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to give Andre Hobbs a 10 star rating. He went beyond what most realtors would do. He took time to go step by step with me. I will always be grateful for the job he did. If anyone needs a realtor he’s your man. This is not just a job, but a calling. He will make sure everything is done properly and will take the time. Thank you and God bless you.

Fantastic experience: Andre was the best. His caring nature and upbeat personality made the sale of our house an easy and painless process. He listed our house on July 16th and on August 19th we closed escrow and received our asking price. He was always available to answer questions or just to soothe jangled nerves. Also being a military veteran he takes special interest and very special care of his military clients whether they are still in the service or out of it. I could not have chosen a better realtor than Andre Hobbs. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Andre Hobbs six stars I would. We were first-time home owners who needed to sell quickly due to a military PCS. From start to finish Andre was a consummate professional who delivered on every promise. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer every question or concern with patience. Andre is a veteran who takes cares of his military clients. He walked us through every step of selling our home and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Through his sheer dedication to excellence we sold our property for 40k more than expected and closed in less then 30 days! My wife and I thank God for bringing Andre Hobbs into our lives. We saw many reviews just like this one and we thought they were too good to be true. I’m here to say they don’t compare to what we were blessed to experience first-hand. Thank you Andre!

Fantastic experience: We selected Andre as our realtor because of his professionalism and relatability as a fellow veteran. Working with him was a great experience as he is prompt and diligent. Andre took the time to really understand our goal and what is important to us. The market is somewhat tricky for buyers right now but he was able to navigate difficult conversations and advocate for us in a way that would definitely have us coming back for any future real estate needs. His guidance and advice landed us a beautiful home, in a great location, and is the best for our family.

Fantastic experience: Just purchased a house with JMG Real Estate with the help from Andre Hobbs. It’s easy to say that the man was professional and well versed and knowledgeable regarding the San Diego housing market. However, his experience with VA Loans was immensely handy, as we were dealing with an inexperience seller’s agent. Additionally, his handling with an extremely frustrating process with my difficult, unorganized, and sometimes incompetent mortgage loan lender helped alleviate some stress and got us to the finish line to homeownership. 10/10

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had been wanting to sale our home and purchase another, but we hadn't found an agent that we felt comfortable with. Within minutes of meeting Andre, I knew that he was the guy we had been looking for. His knowledge and experience are second to none. With his guidance and expertise we were able to sale our home quickly and simultaneously buy our dream home. Andre made sure everything went smoothly on both our sale and purchase. I can't recommend Andre strongly enough!!!!

He did not dissapoint and was very fast and aggresive when we needed him to be, especially during this seller’s market. He was always a text away and responded with detailed information. I am active duty and am currently not in the area where I bought my house, I closed with only seeing it once but Andre made it possible with the constant updates and video walkthroughs.
